I like her. I am pretty happy with Amber. The only issue is that they are busy so it is sometimes hard to get in, but that's pretty normal everywhere, I think. I like the products they use and she tries to listen to what I am saying. She tries to give me the cut I want rather than what she wants to do. I get color done so she works with me on that because my color does not hold because I have a lot of gray. I need someone who knows what they are doing with that. It is probably a little pricey, but I am the market they want to be in. She is always on time. Sometimes you have to wait a few minutes to check in or check out because they only have one person at the desk. But this is just a stupid little thing.
