Auto Towing Service
I called Goodban's for a tow and scheduled an appointment that was at my convenience.
Before the driver arrived, the office called to let me know he'd be at my house within 10 minutes. Hank arrived right on schedule and, like my previous communications with him, was pleasant and professional. To be honest, he's the reason I'm leaving my review today.
I remembered the other three times I'd used this service and thought it was sort of incredible that Hank, for one, was still working for Goodban's, and two, happy to do the work. I love great customer service and this company has always provided that to me.
I'll definitely use Goodban's again without hesitation.
