Josh was the installer. He was very meticulous, responsible and hard working.He was as proud of our new deck as we were. Would request his work ethic in a heartbeat. I would recommend Penn Fencing to friends and family because of their professionalism, courtesy,pricing,fairness, and excellent workmanship.

The service was great. They were on time and very reliable. We had an issue but they came back immediately and correct the issue. We were happy with their service and they gave us an appropriate price. I like the workers as they were very nice.

When just 1 person showed to do the work, I thought that I might be sorry for hiring Penn Fencing. The entire job took less time than expected and the person built the 3 gates on site. Very impressed and the end result was exactly as requested and detailed from the beginning. The work started as promised and finished early.

The estimator and work crew were great to work with. The installation was professionally done. My problem came with the deep tire tracks left behind by their post hole removal/driller machine. I'm left with a real "ankle twister" in my yard. Nobody in the Office or Senior Management was interested in a final inspection. The Office went ahead and charged my credit card without giving me an invoice to review my deductions (portions of the job were changed). Not a good way to treat customers!

I had a fence that was put in by another company. A tree fell on the fence and I called the company who originally put in the fence. I couldn't get them to come out and finally called Penn Fencing. They came right out and had a real skilled person to do the job. He worked on it all day and he blended it in perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

Site visit for estimate of work was very timely. Installation took 2 days, since installer could not work a full day the first day.

The entire process was fantastic! From initially contacting them, to their site visit, to the end result, we were absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! We would absolutely use them again in the future. They installed a new vinyl fence, and took down and hauled away the old wood fence. They left the property spotless. They said it would take 2 days, but it took an additional 3rd day (only due to weather delays), but they kept us updated on the progress. Their product is high quality. And if after the first winter there are any issues with fence settling / unevenness, etc., they will come out next spring and readjust...free of charge. But so far after a month, we are very happy, and our friends and family also commented on how great it looks. Thanks Penn Fencing, Inc. !

Installed approx. 400' of 4' white vinyl fencing around my yard. I was very happy with how the fence turned out. They were very prompt in getting me a quote and once I had everything in order on my end they were able to get a crew out immediately. The only negative feedback I have is that it took longer to install the fence then they initially described. This was due to them only sending out one person for the install for a few of the days. Overall it took about 7 days for them to install the fence and it was installed sooner then I expected due to them being able to put me on their schedule immediately instead of 30 days from down payment. I would recommend them.

The work was done professionally. They cleaned up after themselves. When I made suggestions and discussed problems due to the unique nature of my property line they were very accommodating.  I wasn't billed until I was 100% satisfied with the work. The fence looks great and we are very happy with their work.

It went extremely well. Vidal and his crew were professional. Arrived on time everyday and the project took approximately 1 to 1 half weeks to complete.  They installed three perimeter gates (1 - 8 foot, 1-6 foot, and 1-4 foot). Also customed fabricated a small gate on the back porch area.  Vidal also recommended solar cap lights to highlight the gates and also down the long driveway.  I ordered them online through Penn Fencing and were delivered in 3 days.  Vidal's crew were leaving when the delivery truck pulled and he and his crew got out and installed them THAT DAY!!!  The gated area is beautiful.  The color I choose was clay.  it brightened up the entire yard.  The post holes all had to be dug my hand including removing deep tree roots in a wooden area which large equipment was not able to be utilized.  It was a difficult task and they did it well.  They cleaned up the area every day after their days work.  If they had questions they called to verify to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction.   I already have recommended this company to a few friends.

Had done some research on Penn Fencing through Angie's List.  Then found out that a neighbor had used them to install their fence about a month prior.  Contacted Penn Fencing and within days, Tim arrived on a Friday afternoon getting there even before the agreed to meeting time.  Tim gave a thorough overview of the services that could be performed.  Told me that upon my signing the contract that I would be contacted by the foreman in about 3 weeks.  Less than 2 weeks later I heard from the foreman scheduling the start of the job.

The two man crew that arrived that day were not the most talkative pair, but, they arrived early and got immediately to work.  They also listened and accommodated a minor change that I had for the project.  That first day they had almost all of the posts and railings installed.  On the second day, they arrived even earlier than the first day and got immediately to work.  Asked them if they thought they would finish the job that day and they replied, "That's our plan."  When I got home from work that day, the job was complete and you would not have known that there had been any workmen there that day.  Have gotten nothing but positive comments from my neighbors about the quality of the materials and the quality of the installation.

We liked everything about them. The young who gave us the estimate where knowledgeable. The fence is not quite straight at the back of the yard but that is not their fault, it is the yards fault. It bends a little.

.the installation was a big disappointment  salesman joe was very professional knowledgable polite punctual and very pleasant to deal with but that was the best part of the entire process  at first i was skeptical about using penn because they are located in butler but i was told that they use local installers but i later found out that they traveled to pittsburgh from butler and showed up at about 9:30 or 10:00 every day because of travel time or so i was told and wrapped up at about 3:00 which made for a short work day ,one day they could do little work beacuse adrill they had brought wasperable  even though power cord was obviously damaged and should have been noticed at the shop in butler . my questions about the job directed to the installers were answered with little more than a grunt letting me know that i was bothering them,a few specific requests i had made from them were pretty much ignored ;also i realized these installers did not work in the slightest of drizzles of rain and never made me aware of their arrival or departures i only knew they were on my property by looking out the window . the four days of insatllation were spread out over a period of seven or so days. one of the main reasons i chose penn besides the professionalism of the salesman joe was the financing which was 0 percent over 18 months .but what i found out was this was a wells fargo credit acrd with a 10000.00 credit limit which negatively affected my credit rating.the installation is very poor and im not at all pleased with the quality of the product .the fabric is loose fitting and i was told by others taht it was not stretched properly and the biggest gate closing across my driveway began to sag soon after the installation .no one had ever contacted me after the ob to see if i was satisfied until joe called me a few months ago to ask if a potential customer in my area could come and see my job as a reference ,i told joe that he could show my install yo anyone but that i was very disapponted overall but would not talk disparangling to any potential customers. since i was driving when he called me i asked him to pleaese contact me later at home to discuss my complaints  but have not heard from him since
