Installation Services We maintain three locations: Butler PA, Indiana Pa, and Seneca PA, with the hope of best serving our customers in Western Pennsylvania. These three locations set us above our competition in the Western PA marketplace. We install both residential and commercial fencing, decking and railing, and we only install products that we feel will meet the demands of Western Pa’s climate and terrain. Over 30 years experience in the industry qualifies us to determine which products will stand the test of time. We also have about 14 installation teams so we can get your project in on time. Many of our installers have attended the AFA’s field training school which teaches proper and exacting installation techniques.

Had done some research on Penn Fencing through Angie's List. Then found out that a neighbor had used them to install their fence about a month prior. Contacted Penn Fencing and within days, Tim arrived on a Friday afternoon getting there even before the agreed to meeting time. Tim gave a thorough overview of the services that could be performed. Told me that upon my signing the contract that I would be contacted by the foreman in about 3 weeks. Less than 2 weeks later I heard from the foreman scheduling the start of the job.
The two man crew that arrived that day were not the most talkative pair, but, they arrived early and got immediately to work. They also listened and accommodated a minor change that I had for the project. That first day they had almost all of the posts and railings installed. On the second day, they arrived even earlier than the first day and got immediately to work. Asked them if they thought they would finish the job that day and they replied, "That's our plan." When I got home from work that day, the job was complete and you would not have known that there had been any workmen there that day. Have gotten nothing but positive comments from my neighbors about the quality of the materials and the quality of the installation.
"We are happy that the customer did acknowledge Joe for his professionalism and pleasant manner. Joe has proven to be a valuable member of our team. Penn Fencing employs only our own in-house installers. We do not use outside sub-contractors. Our installers work out of one of our three western Pennsylvania locations, and we service areas within 150 miles of Pittsburgh. Our Butler location is the closest to this customer’s location. Sometimes we do incur travel time and traffic delays. Inclement weather, especially in the winter, can impact installation schedules. Our sales staff is instructed and trained to clearly explain that our financing is provided through a Wells Fargo line of credit. The credit application is usually completed long before installation begins, leaving the customer ample opportunity to read the contract and learn how it might affect his or her credit. We would much rather a customer call and express their concerns verbally, if they feel something is not installed properly, giving us the opportunity to correct the issue, rather than learning about it in a negative review. We always pride ourselves on responding to customer complaints or concerns. This customer never contacted to let us know of his disappointment. We did not know of any issues until Joe contacted the customer to ask about using this job as a reference. And, about that same time, this review appeared. As soon as Joe learned of the customer’s issues, the message was given to our Installation Supervisor. Our Installation Supervisor has attempted to contact this customer multiple times in an effort to rectify the situation. The customer has not answered our calls or responded to our messages."
