Gary and his crew promptly went to work and cleaned my car inside and out--and I mean every nook and cranny. They did a fantastic job to make my car look factory new. I would definitely request their services in the future. Gary Banner gave me a flyer with a list of other jobs he performs, such as pressure washing, deck staining, carpet cleaning, concrete work/repair, sidewalks/patios, driveways, retaining walls/stone. If he is as thorough and skilled at these other services, you have a winner.

I am very pleased with the service. Gary was professional, returned phone calls promptly and set up time for service. The work was excellent, outside sparkles and inside looks like new!

overall my experience was very good. My only complaint was the work was done 4 weeks after I called for an appointment. i was told this at the time I made the appointment was was surprised they were booked that far out.

Appointment scheduling was a breeze. Worked with me to pick a day that was good for both of us. Called me back 5 days before appointment to give an hour time range for arrival. Crew of 3 arrived right on time at 7am. I briefly spoke with owner who was very polite and professional. When I returned from work I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent job of detailing! All the dog hair was completely gone and believe me that is no easy task. Our dogs are constantly shedding and are riding in the car all the time. I was amazed! Even the little derails like cup holders, trays, compartments, we're thoroughly cleaned. The exterior was also done very nicely, tires glossed and waxed to perfection. Needless to say this was an Angies "Big Deal " done right. I will most definately use them again and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and family.

I didn't have them out. We had difficulty finding a time that would work and now I don't have that car anymore, but one that was just detailed by the dealership, So I don't need the deal.

I think the company either got too busy or finds my location inconvenient. I'm not out of the way, but perhaps there aren't many others in my neighborhood.

Purchased the "deal" for $99 but there was addional charge of $60 because vehicle was an SUV with 7 seats and I have pets. I explained that I did not use the back row of seats and didn't want them cleaned, but they were done anyway. I was not scheduled within 48 hours, it tooks weeks before I was contacted to schedule service. I felt like the cost was above what I had agreed to pay. It indicated that service was worth $198, so I only saved $38. If the job was done for the $99 I would have considered having other vehicles cleaned for full price but because there was an upcharge of $60, I felt that I had not received the deal I had purchased.

It was raining and they said they wouldn't show up if it was raining. I wasn't home and they came anyway.

The car looks beautiful. Probably hasn't looked this nice since it was originally purchased! Very conscientious team. Even reminded me to close the garage door when they left.

Provider called to schedule service date and was able to accommodate my schedule very well. The week of service they called again to confirm arrival time. Team of 3 showed up on time and got to work they did an amazing job. The car was our primary family vehicle for six years and was in rough shape but somehow Mobile Wash and Lube was able to get it looking like almost new again! We will definitely use again.

Everything went great! Gary called me to notify me they will be late. It was not a problem for me. The car was cleaned thoroughly, and I am very satisfied with the result. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a car detailing service.

They were great. They worked the whole time and it was not a lot of chatting. They were very efficient. They did a great job because I had dirty tires. They were very nice and personable.

Results were terrific. Car was very thoroughly, very cleaned, inside and out! Vendor was in touch immediately after I bought the Angie List coupon, but the actual appt. was booked out further than I was expecting. The weather did not cooperate and we had to re-schedule once.(The vendor works outside for best lighting.) But if you plan ahead it's worth the wait. The work I needed done was not urgent and having someone come to my house was very convenient. Cost seemed a little high for the size of the car, but for the at home service and the results, it was worth it.

Gary was able to squeeze me in quickly because of a trip I had coming up. I called to schedule immediately after purchasing the deal and we were able to agree on a time. The crew of 3 arrived a little after they expected to due to traffic, but called to let me know they were on their way and running a bit late. The car is spotless inside and out and the mats haven't looked this clean since I brought the car home. Although I did not have what I considered to be an excessive amount of dog hair, I know from trying to vacuum it myself that it is hard to remove from the floor and back of the seats (the dog only rides in the back of my wagon). They got it all.

They were very good. I enjoyed Mobile Wash & Lube's work and they did a fantastic job. They were very good, they came early, did good work and did it in a prompt and organized interaction. They were very thorough with what they did. I paid a little extra because it was a larger car than what was on the big deal. It was a Chevy Suburban so it was a very large SUV and I don't remember exactly how much more it was but it was very good. They did the work about a month later after the big deal was purchased because they were busy and we weren't available when he was available.

It went very well. The crew of 3 took approximately 90 minutes. They were timely in getting to my address and proceeded to start immediately on my car. I was pleasantly surprised on how VERY CLEAN the inside of my car had turned out. Overall it was an excellent experience. I will certainly share this business with my friends and family.

It went great! Prompt arrival. Professional behavior. Van looked almost new when they were done and that's after years of food, beverage, mud, gum, etc. abuse by a family of five! Already planning on making this an annual service!

In March I purchased a LivingSocial deal for a car detail. Gary of Mobile Wash & Lube called right away to tell me that they would be scheduling in the coming weeks when the weather was better, and he would call me back to make an appointment. He called back as promised and we set a date & time for him to come to my workplace. My car was filthy, and I expected to pay the extra $30 fee, maybe even more. I told him I didn't mind if they skipped the outside wash since the inside was so bad, but he did it anyway and only charged me the extra $30. Such a deal! Gary & his crew did a terrific job! I was very pleased with the end result, and I highly recommend Mobile Wash & Lube based on my experience!

Gary and his team arrived on time & got started right away. It took them about an hour. They washed the mats to perfection. They were efficient and caring. My car looked like showroom quality when they were finished. It was a wonderful experience for me & I would recommend them to anyone. I will call on them again in the future. Their work reminded me of the type of job I would have done had I been able to do so. I'm used to taking pride in keeping my vehicle looking good. Thanks again Gary & team, Phyllis

I purchased two Amazon Local coupons for their service.. wanted to get my 1999 SUV detailed to get a better price on trade-in; made the original call in May; they said they'd call back in 2-3 weeks to set a date. Three weeks goes by, nothing. So I call them, set up an appointment at my home around dinner time, they're right on time, check out the car, tell me the extra pet hair's gonna cost me $30 more, and get started. Took about 1 1/2 hours, just as they said..

Never again. The coupon for this company came through Amazon Local, and we paid $99 in advance. They came up to the house on time (very punctual). It was a team of three (one talked on the phone quite a lot and the other two did most of the work). We gave them water and electric to hook up to then they started. After a while, I went outside to check on the progress and was told to pay $30 extra because my car was "extra dirty." I asked them to point out to me in what way it was extra dirty. They said it had bits of gravel, leaf pieces, and grass blades on the floor (these were listed by name just as I have written it here). They told me that they usually do BMWs and Mercedes cars that have no dirt at all on the floor (he mentioned these car makes by name), so my car is below their level. Yes, that is what they actually said. (it is a RAV 4). I pointed out that there was nothing "extra dirty" about grass blades, leaf pieces, or bits of gravel on the floor (ie. no pet fur, no spills, no stains, no sticky areas, no food, no melted crayons etc.). After an argument on my driveway, they finally agreed to finished the detailing at pre-paid cost, but they said it wouldn't be cleaned up to their standards. I would never use this company again for two reasons. Firstly, they began the work THEN informed me of the "extra" costs. If I hadn't gone out to check on them, I would not have known about this extra fee until they were done. If the car needed an extra service at an extra price, I expect to be told in advance. Secondly, I would not use this company again because I believe that their "extra dirty" standard does not accurately reflect everyday wear and tear. Unless you vacuum your car out before they come, it seems to me that almost every car would require the additional fee. To me, the failure to inform me of the pricing prior to starting and the "extra dirty" charge seem dishonest. The car was very clean when they left, so they did a good job, but I would not use this company again.

Appointment was easy, within two days they came out! They told me up front that my car needed extra work(extra dirty), thus the extra $30. This was a doubletake.com deal, so I was paying $89 for $179 of services. They went right to work, and finished a little over two hours later. I was very satisfied, although they said they couldn't get out some stains, such as melted on crayon, and a stain from that slime stuff that kids play with. They said they have the best in stain removal techniques, and it still didn't come out! Like I said, my car was dirty! After they left, I noticed they didn't get dirt between the driver seats, so I was a little disappointed, since I did pay the extra $30. What an awesome service, while I was in the house, they were cleaning my car!!
