 + -1 moreI did NOT use them and they missed a major problem. Although they did create a totally fictional report and wanted to charge me 3 times as much as other contractors.
Description of Work: The inspection is a scam. I had two reputable roofers out who did not even understand the report that they put together.

 + -1 moreHe had told me that the service included cleaning the roof. I showed him where it needed to be cleaned. There were three areas that I knew needed to be cleaned due to debris. He didn't bring anything to clean with, he just used his hands. He threw the stuff out over my bushes, I thought he would clean that up before leaving and he didn't. There were three different repairs that needed to be made, he said that he would get back to me with an estimate and he hasn't yet. He was very cordial, but I thought that he would have gotten back to me by now knowing that I needed this work done immediately.
Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List for Augustine Builders.

Description of Work: Keith was very attentive and punctual. He came out and gave me a quote on a new roof. I went with somebody ese, but, woud not have hesitated to use Keith (Augustine).

Description of Work: I needed a quote on siding. He came out on time as promised. He gave me a quote later that day not only on my siding but also on my fence that needed replaced. He was very competitive in pricing, maybe a bit lower. I really liked how professional he was and courteous. I did not have him perform the work because a relative is doing it at cost, otherwise I would have used Augustine.

 + 0 moreKeith's crew arrived promptly each day and were very courteous. They discovered some defects in workmanship from prior work done on our home years ago and made repairs on all necessary issues for little extra cost to us. We highly recommend Keith's company for any roofing or siding needs.
Description of Work: We contracted Augustine Contracting to replace the shingles on our roof and reside the dormers on the front of our home.
