He had told me that the service included cleaning the roof. I showed him where it needed to be cleaned. There were three areas that I knew needed to be cleaned due to debris. He didn't bring anything to clean with, he just used his hands. He threw the stuff out over my bushes, I thought he would clean that up before leaving and he didn't. There were three different repairs that needed to be made, he said that he would get back to me with an estimate and he hasn't yet. He was very cordial, but I thought that he would have gotten back to me by now knowing that I needed this work done immediately.

"Dear Member, You have purchased the winterization roof inspection, And yes I told you we clean off the roof to do our inspection or we couldn’t do a thorough inspection. As far as needing to bring everything with me for an inspection I had everything with me Tape measure,ladder,camera. I have the breakdown for the three areas but there was a fourth area that you had me give a bid on and that was the block garage walls that were pushing in. I am still waiting on prices for this service from other contractors so i can give you a bid on the whole job. Like we talked about each service would have a separate price. I sorry you feel this way and a phone call would of solved this problem Thank You Keith Augustine"

Keith's crew arrived promptly each day and were very courteous. They discovered some defects in workmanship from prior work done on our home years ago and made repairs on all necessary issues for little extra cost to us. We highly recommend Keith's company for any roofing or siding needs.
