He has become progressively more unresponsive to several messages left for him during the 2012 and 2013 seasons .
Last year he didn't have the courtesy to call us back , after we left SEVERAL messages requesting some extra service to our property for our guests on Mother's Day .
This year Tom again has not responded to FOUR messages we left for him ( 3/31/14t0 5/3/14 ) to resume servicing our property for the 2014 season .
