They told me that they would check the generator, which I brought to them, and then call me with an estimate for the repair.  When I didn't hear back from them after a week, I called them and they told me that it had already been fixed for $167.  When I asked why they didn't call me first they answered that it was because it wasn't an expensive repair.  I told them that I thought it was and he laughed at me, asked where I usually take my generator to get fixed, and then added that he charges so little that he can't afford health insurance (?!).  I was overcharged and not asked if I wanted them to go through with the repair.  I will definitely not solicit this business again.

engine has a vicious pull-back in the best of times.This is the third time I needed repair of the Snapper mower I had purchased there.  Each time, the repair was less satisfactory, and ndeed this last repair lasted three uses. I would be inclined to cut them a break, but they took forever to do the repair, charged $150 to pick the mower up and drop it off, and failed to fix the timing problem.The

The mower worked fine for this season - but for the cost of the services, we decided to buy a new mower next year. In addition it was over a month before we got our mower back. We hired a local teen to cut the lawn until then.
