They were very informative and helpful with getting my heater fixed! My only complaint is they could have been better about giving me notice before they would show up. Otherwise an excellent experience!

Overall experience was not great. He charged fairly high rates for a clothes washer repair (which happened to be just under the $600 IRS reporting limit) when a brand new washer would have cost just a bit more. The reason I went with him was because he said he would get the repair done in a couple of hours, but he started the repair on a Friday morning and did not complete the repair until Monday afternoon. He also asked for the entire payment upfront via Zelle. The bank payment did not immediately go through, so he asked me to pay again via credit card. WARNING TO NOT PAY VIA ZELLE since it is irreversible. After double paying upfront, which is also strange given that most take payment AFTER the job is done, he took a long time to refund my initial payment so that I was made whole. He also did a poor job at communicating, not letting me know the status of my refund or when he was expecting to complete the repair. I would not recommend this service.

Great experiegreat Good service

Lenny came out on a Sunday after my dryer broke down. He did an initial assessment of the repair. He then ordered the parts and came back out at my convenience to complete the repair. The work was done quickly and my dryer works perfectly. Lenny is professional and knowledgeable, I would definitely hire again.

There was an issue with the washer Lenny got for me but he handled it professionally and promptly and made sure I was happy. Lenny and Kenny were very nice and I felt comfortable with them in my house.

I hired Lenny mid August 2024 to repair a washing machine that wouldnâ  t drain. I told him from day one that I would be submitting this thru reimbursement. He did arrive promptly. HOWEVER, I told him that the warranty company needed an itemized TYPED receipt for reimbursement. It took him WEEKS to get this to me. Plus, he claims the washing machine repair comes w a 1year warranty. Contacting him about the receipt was nearly impossible. â  Thatâ  s not my job,â  he said. He then fiurtger has the audacity to put a tip on the credit card which I never authorized and he is refusing to reimburse me for. All he cares about is the money. Horrible customer service!!
