This rating is based on their very poor communication with me after the job was completed. This business was the subcontractor on my new home( builder hired them). The tile work that they did prior to my taking possession of the home recently appears to be quite good. However, when I learned that the grout was not sealed and attempted to contact them last week to hire them to seal the grout after the closing and before we began using the bathrooms and showers, I did not receive a call back until five days later and that was after I called a fourth time. Last week, I was told by two people whom I spoke to in their office that they could provide this service and I was ready to hire them and them radio silence for days. They assured me that I would hear back from someone the same day. Today, I was told that they would not seal the grout after an installation( really?). Why was I told by two other employees that this was a job that they could do? Why would you not want to complete a process on a job that you did for a customer. Very poor communication.
