Heating and Air Conditioning Service

I needed my air conditioning unit repaired this summer, so I paid $4200 to Silvis Construction LLC for what I thought was them replacing my unit and installing a brand new one. My old AC unit was duel AC/Heating unit, that I used for AC in the summer months, and heat in the winter months. Silvis Construction actually replaced the unit with just an AC unit, which stopped working immediately, and now I don't have a heating unit. He completely took advantage of the fact that I dont know much about these systems, and stole my money. To make matters worse, I now have a huge leak in my ceiling as well, and its below freezing in PA and I am stuck with no heat. Nobody will answer their phones, and I can't reach anyone. What a scam. This company stole money from me and stole my AC/heating unit, in which the heat was working just fine. Disgusting humans and just pure trash, dont ever in a million years do business with them. They are within the Russian community, so beware, they will take advantage of innocent people and steal your money.
