I was stuck - my movers that I'd originally hired did not arrive! I put in a request on HomeAdvisor, and JR called me within 20 minutes. Not only was the first call responsive, but they were able to move me THE SAME DAY! JR was up-front, no-nonsense and very accommodating. The crew was friendly, efficient and professional. Everything about the experience, especially given my circumstances, was amazing. I would highly recommend! You only pay for what you actually need! I couldn't thank RMS enough for bailing me out and doing so with so much professionalism and kindness!

Great service. On time, quick, efficient.

The movers damaged some of the walls and interior trim of my home (chips and scrapes), and caused a tear in the upholstery of my sofa. At first they denied causing any damage, but then admitted it happened during the move. They told me that it would cost a minimum of $350 ($100 for insurance with a $250 deductible) for them even to consider any fix. The guys were rushing and just weren't careful with my belongings, and they never even apologized for the damage or the inconvenience.

Jr's team worked quickly and efficiently to get my move complete. They were professional and addressed all my concerns.

Overall we had a great experience. The owner came to our house to give us an estimate and was very thorough and explained everything which no other company I got a quote from did. We had to store everything for 2 nights and our move in/out were on separate days. Both crews were very professional and polite. None of our belongings were damaged/lost. The only minor complaints I would have is that they were late on move in day and they also didn't finish putting all of our furniture back together (there were a few small things like bookshelves they forgot) - however, it was a cold, snowy, miserable day, and we didn't notice the items they didn't put back together until they had already left. I would still highly recommend them based on our overall experience.

Other than arriving later than scheduled, the move was flawless. The crew was excellent, took great care in loading and unloading and had us moved quickly. Very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

I was very satisfied with the service I received.JR was great in explaining everything in detail to me on what to look for in pricing for movers as well as what questions to ask. The customer service was excellent and my movers arrived early and moved quickly.There was no damage done to my things or new home.They asked me where did I want everything to go and even set it up for me.Will definitely recommend them!!

Quick careful and professional

The guys are very professional. They were on time and had me moved in no time. Excellent service.

Great working crew. Never stopped moving. Only problem was my 65 inch TV (2003 model) was damaged, side caps missing, screen popped out in one corner, hole in screen, paint along top and bottom of screen. Called about caps call not returned. Quoted price was great actual price was double. Took longer than expected 12 hours total time. J.R. was good about helping some on price. Local move, houses approx 5 minutes apart.

The owner of the company is a great person and doesn't gouge you on the cost of the move.

Their moving team is pleasant, hard working and high energy. All were real gentlemen. Never stopped moving throughout the load and off load. A real value for the price. Hire them!!

So I hired RMS to move us. We were selling and buying. Of course nothing went to plan for the sell or the buy. Our settlement dates kept being changed which was very frustrating however RMS was very professional and very accommadating to our situation. Although they never got to move us but from the first meet and throughout this crazy ordeal RMS was understanding, knowledgeable, caring, and reasonable in price. Even though i did not get use them like I said I will recommend them and hopefully be able to use there services for our next move....thanks again!

Other than a couple screws for my bed being lost, and the foot of a table being broken, they did a good job considering the terrible weather for moving conditions.
