They were great. I have an unusual heater and nobody knew how to take care of it but I finally found this guy who is trained in Munchkin heaters and knew what to do. He was here for a long time but he didn’t charge too much; I think the price was really reasonable.

My furnace went out on Thanksgiving Day and the owner came out within an hour of us calling him. Eventhough he doesn't normally work on the type of furnace we have, he was able to get it working. While he was there, he did maintenance on the unit, cleaning etc. We were very impressed with his promptness and professionalism. And eventhough this was a holiday/emergency visit, he did not over-charge us like some companies do for emergency visits. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
