The men the removed the carpeting were thoroughly unpleasant. The men that installed it were more polite and helpful. Old carpet tacking strips were left in and for some reason they are poking through and stick into our feet at certain places like thresholds etc.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. Tanya and Doug were great! We couldn't have been more pleased.

They came to my house and did measurements on two rooms. I initially though I would put carpeting, but later decided that I would consider hardwood installation and that I would install in an additional hallway and walk-in closet. They came back to my house to measure for hardwood which is more precise than carpeting. I ultimately decided on carpeting because of price; I was putting the house for sale and just wanted it to look good. Their price was better than Empire Carpeting and they were no pressure. They took the time to walk me through my options and I felt good about my choices. I decided on a mid-range Frieze carpet with a good quality carpet pad. Their price was also super competitive. They did two rooms, a hallway, and a walk-in closet for the same price that Empire quoted to do just the two rooms (even after Empire's supposed 50% off discount). Finally, they checked in with me about a month after the work was complete to make sure I was satisfied with what they had done. I was!
