They had a special on the install. In purchasing the install Home depot contact Mitchell plumbing and they contacted me that next morning and were able to do the install that same day. They also were able to come out an hour earlier to start which could have not worked out better. The guy that installed both toilets was in and out in under 2 hours. He did a great job and was very timely. He was efficient, clean, and a well experienced plumber. The also hauled away the old toilets which I paid for them to do.

They are professional and took care of my needs fast.

Provider delivered washer and dryer in a timely fashion. Installation was professional and very thorough. Took time to show me how equipment operates and answered any questions that I had.  Home Depot installers are always very professional.

I did not receive a call the next morning to schedule the install. About 1020, I called the store to express concern and an associate forwarded me to a voicemail, where I left a message. I still had not heard back from anyone by 12:30 so I called back and demanded to speak to a human and was passed on to Heather, who told me the computer didn't provide any comments as to the delay, but I could call the measuring service myself. Since Heather was apparently not going to attempt to recover my situation, I did as she suggested and called the service, who told me they didn't get the paper work timely but had availability the next day. I told them I was not planning on clearing my schedule for yet another day and was told she would contact a manager to see if someone could come out today. After an hour of not hearing back from this person either, I called the store to speak to a manager. I did talk to Jill, who at least attempted to contact the service and called me back twice to inform me of the status - the first time she was waiting to hear back from the field tech and the second time to inform me that they were not going to be able to measure my carpet today. Jill was responsive and understanding of my frustration and I appreciated that, however ultimately ineffective at rectifying my situation. I cancelled the measurement and the order, since after being on the phone 6 times today and not achieving something as simple as a carpet measurement, I am not confident that a small carpet installation project would be handled any better. Communication between the store and the measuring service needs to be more reliable and timely. Home Depot does not appear to be able to hold the measuring service accountable for meeting agreed upon expectations, which is concerning for installation as well.

They were very prompt with the delivery. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy. I was able to look around and decide for myself. I felt comfortable with my purchase.

They did great work and would use again.

I WAS SOMEWHAT PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AT THE STORE AND BY THE INSTALLERS. THE FINAL RESULT IS VERY GOOD, BUT I HAD SOME DISAPPOINTMENTS DURING THE INSTALLATIONS. THE INSTALLERS WERE NOT AS PROMPT AS THEY COULD HAVE BEEN, AND I WASN'T INFORMED OF SOME PROBLEMS EARLY.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

SALESMAN WAS COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING AND ORDERING STONE. KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT.

THE INSTALLERS WERE A LITTLE LATE, BUT UNDERSTANDABLY DUE TO THE NATURE OF THEIR JOB. THE WORK WAS DONE FAIRLY QUICKLY IN A COMPLETELY EMPTY HOUSE. THE QUALITY APPEARS TO BE GOOD, AND THEY LEFT THE HOUSE CLEAN.

SALESMAN AND INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. IMPRESSED WITH THE CLEAN CONDITION THEY LEFT AFTER WORK COMPLETED EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A RAINY DAY.
