Our serviceman was excellent. A very personable man who had no problem diagnosing the problem and setting up the repairs. We recommend Bridgeville appliance if your dishwasher breaks.

The price was right and we’ve been going with them. The technicians are very knowledgeable and neat.

This was cleaned and I was so relieved.  I could have had a fire. |The man that came to my house was very nice and very thorough.  I would definitely call them again.

They were right on time and made the necessary repairs on site. Very satisfied with service and also the technician was very professional and well trained.

I called them first on 12/26/2013.  My refrigerator had stopped working. They came and fixed it on 12/31/2013.  There was another problem and Tom saw it and said he would talk with his manager and get back to me.  He had a plan and had to order some parts.  He came and fixed it 1/23/2014 and did an excellent job.  Tom was prompt, courteous and cleaned up after the work was done.  I definitely will cal them again if I need to have an appliance repaired.

I called them on a Friday morning asking for service. They said that they'd have to pass my message to someone else who would call me back. I was expecting a call back later that day, however, we didn't get a call back until a week later, when we made the appointment. They didn't come until about 3-4 days later, and he said that he needed to order the part. The tech said it would take a couple of days. After 9 days, I called them asking about my valve. They acted surprised and said that the valve just came in that day and they would be coming out the next day. The tech fixed our fridge in the end, but overall, the experience was terrible. I should've heeded the previous Angie's List comments more closely.

I called the morning of 10/22/13 and spoke with a person who took all of the information about the service that was needed.  I received a call back by Chris who was able to schedule the service later in the afternoon.  She gave me a 2 hr window in which we could expect the repair person.  She provided me with the name of the person to expect.  Tom even arrived early which was greatly appreciated.  He was very professional and completed the repair efficiently.  Since my mother had wash hanging on a clothesline in the basement this dryer repair which was done the dame day was very much appreciated.

Ray told me if I were to get this repaired it would cost almost $400 and I might as well get a new refridgerator.  He was very honest, has great customer service, always takes his time to answer any of my questions and I would recommend him to anyone.

We scheduled an appointment with Bridgeville Appliance Co on 7-17-2013.  They said a service technician would show up between 10 am and 2 pm.  My wife was out of town, so I took off to meet the service technician. They never showed or called to cancel/re-schedule the appointment.  When we called to find out what happened, they said that their answering service had called the night before to cancel.  I had received a call from a foreign speaking person with severely broken English in Connecticut the night before on my cell phone.  After listening to the message several times, neither my wife or myself could understand it and assumed it was a telecommunication ad of some sort.  So, I assumed this was the call that they had referred too.  Very unprofessional and they did not even bother to reschedule.  We will never call them again.

We were having our kitchen remodeled and the company doing the remodel recommended purchasing our dish washer and microwave from Bridgeville Appliance. It was a further drive for us but we were to go there to support a small business. We purchased these 2 appliances then went back a week later to pick them up. The kitchen remodeling company installed both the dish washer and microwave. Upon inspection of the dish washer, we found the the plastic stoppers which stop the top tray from coming all the way out were missing. I contacted Bridgeville Appliance to see if they had a set in stock that they could mail us. When I called and explained the problem, their only answer was "You have to call the manufacture" They did not offer another solution (such as taking them off another washer), did not give us the manufacture's number, or even offer an apology for the inconvenience. All the guy said was "You have to call the manufacture". I said "OK" and was about to ask for the manufacture's number but before I could, he hung up on me. I went and got the number off the manufacture's website and contacted them. The
lady I spoke with was very nice and apologetic. She ordered the parts even over nighted the them for free. Too bad Brigeville Appliance doesn't provide the same quality of service to their customers that the manufacture provides. I will NEVER EVER buy another appliance from this place if this is how they treat customers. I will also never recommend them to others.

The only problem was with the manufacturer; there was very poor product information online. When I brought this to their attention, they said the dealer should be familiar with the content in the owner's manual. I thought that put the vendor in a difficult situation.

I liked Bridgeville and I thought they were a decent group. They provided good delivery and they were good about helping me get everything working properly. Their prices were very competitive and they provided excellent service.

Prompt, courteous and they fixed my dishwasher saving me from having to purchase a new one!!!

Overall, I was satisfied with Bridgeville Appliances. They came out to measure my kitchen space for new appliances and within 1-1/2 weeks, I had my new appliances installed. They went out of their way to help me schedule the install since I had time contraints due to work.

Everything went well! There was a minor problem with the dishwasher, but they came right back out the next and fixed it.

They came very quickly and did the job very quickly. The quality of work was very good. I would certainly call them again.
