Outstanding! Best possible experience from start to finish. Shawn Zwigart was great to work in the initiation phase. The installers, Shawn and Regis were top notch with the highest level of workmanship. Their attention to detail was amazing. They enthusiastically answered all questions and addressed any concerns. They were a pleasure throughout the four day project. Will recommend to all.

ALL stated work to be completed was done from the floor and room covering and for Debre protection to the daily cleanup. There work was very neat and professionally done . This project was a complete bathroom makeover which included moving walls, installing new plumbing, new toilet, shower, vanity, lighting, new baseboard and doorway trim, plastering, painting, flooring, and ALL new matching hardware. Painting included closet door, entry door, walls, and ceiling. Job was completed in the amount of time promised, NO SHORT CUTS TAKEN!!!!!

Husband and I highly recommend BathPro of Western PA. This May 2024, we had a complete re-do of our 9x5.5 ft bathroom that was last updated in the '80s. The room was taken down to the studs. New plumbing connections were installed as was new ventilation, new electrical outlets and switches, and vanity lights and mirror. The room is beautiful now and all works well. It was a pleasure working with Shawn and the installers. It was easy to choose the materials, plumbing fixtures, and cabinetry, and Shawn was very helpful in that regard. All the products BathPro uses are excellent. I put a review on Google but had meant to add one to Angie.

If you're looking for the best, go Bath Pro. This company certainly has its act together. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful! The entire remodel took only one week. Sean and Angel were amazing! They were efficient and clean and always kept me informed of the progress. The employees could not have been kinder to my dog and myself, and the end result is gorgeous!!!! I absolutely love my new bathroom!

We are thrilled with our new bathroom remodel!! BathPro employees were very professional and efficient. From Keith in sales to Mike and Bill in installation, the people we dealt with were helpful, responsive, and very skilled. The installers did first-rate work! The only negative we experienced was in communication about the start date. We were told it would likely begin in 3-4 months from signing the contract; it actually started 5-6 months later. It would have been helpful for our personal scheduling to have been informed of this fact. This is the only reason I gave BathPro 4 stars rather than 5.

Great! Professional and helpful through whole process

Jeff, Bill and Ken were both competent and pleasant! Not easy having workmen in one's home 8 hr/day for 4days - but they made it easy. Our floors were well protected from the get-go and the team cleaned up at the end of each day. The BathPro team did a great job from demo day to completion - and we are very happy with our renovated bathroom!

Beth pro converted my old bathroom with the regular tub to a walk-in shower and it is wonderful. It's beautiful and has everything that I need. I had had two estimates before I saw Bath pro and they were the best price but they were also the best at doing the job because they took two days and they put a new drywall the first day took everything out of the bathroom and put in the drywall and then the next day they came back and finish the job. My bathroom is absolutely beautiful. I got glass doors and a bench and this cost me less than what the other places were and they were not offering me the glass doors and bench. My shower spray is wonderful. I have three settings and I also got four shelves. Sean and Angel were my guys that did everything they helped me buy when they were done. They put my shelf over the commode in for me because it was so heavy. I asked them do that, and they even put a covert on my landing, that I had pulled off, and it was so heavy I didn't want to pick it up. No problem at all and my shelves that they put back over the bathroom toilet that I was going to clean after they were all gone they cleaned it for me and left me with shiny clean shelves that I didn't have to mess with. Sean and Angel were the best and the owner is also named Sean and he is so nice and just absolutely wonderful. The whole business is wonderful.

Highly recommend this company. We worked with others but when we found and met the family owners of Bath Pro, we knew we had found what we were looking for. Professional, honest, high quality workmanship and materials. They made you feel like part of the family. They were not the cheapest, but they definitely are the best! Workers took extra care to protect your property, cleaned up every evening before they left, did what they said they were going to do and did it on time and within budget. No surprises along the way. Shawn made sure that everything was done 100% correctly and to the highest standards. Just a great experience and would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. You won’t be disappointed.

They were professional, they were prompt and they were clean. They left my house the way they found it. They worked nine hours on both days with not a break nor lunch; they were hardworkers. The owner showed up on both days to check on the progress.

The remodel went perfect from start to finish, the workers were very clean conscientious and on time every day. The owner of the company stopped by several times during the process to check to make sure everything was being done correctly. We were told in the beginning the remodel would take 5 to 6 days to complete, and they completed in five days. I would absolutely recommend using this company if you need a bathroom done!

We recently did a complete bathroom remodel through Bath Pro in Bridgeville. We are extremely happy with their work. They arrived on time, covered floor and rugs, cleaned up every day, started on a Monday and completed the work the following Monday...6 days... They left it beautifully clean and ready to use. The entire Bath Pro team was a dream - cannot recommend highly enough. We had a bathroom completely redone (talking gutted, down to studs, with the floor jackhammered up and drains moved around then built back up). From the first call, they were easy to work with. Keith came out to our home with samples of everything for us to choose from and was very realistic and accurate with the scope and timing of what we wanted done. Once the work started, Mike and his team made quick and efficient work of the area. They were prompt and on time every day and were good about communicating where in the process they were. They made sure to get input when questions came up and were easy to work with to figure out solutions when something didn't go exactly as we thought it would. They finished within the expected timeline and had everything cleaned up inside and outside of the bathroom. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would use their services again without hesitation.
