Very quick! Had an estimate and they installed later that day. Everyone was friendly and professional.

They never told us the cost before they started. They seemed spend a lot of time doing non-plumbing stuff. We waited 20 min for final bill because they were having problems with the office figuring things out? When the bill was presented it showed 2 men rate's . The office said it was done in error. When I went to pay with a credit card they said there would be a "convince fee which was never stated up front

This may have been the smoothest service call in the history of service calls. A plumber arrived at my rental property within an hour of calling, and was able to clear the clogged drain quickly. No hassle was given using the angie's list deal (and 412 plumbing actually pointed out that a slightly better angies list deal was available, and offered that one) I was able to pay by credit card over the phone, and a receipt was emailed to me immediately. I think from start to finish, it took maybe an hour and 30 minutes. It was simply a clogged drain, but I wouldn't hesitate to call again.

I thought the deal included the work. Only include $50 less from the fee. I end up paying $150 for a less than half an hour work

They did an excellent job. The woman who set up the appointment was extremely helpful. She gave us a lot of good advise. We needed advise on what type of toilet to buy. They picked up the toilet at Home Depot and come to put it in. The two gentlemen were very nice. They were quick and efficient. They were very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely hire them again when we need any additional plumbing work.

Initially thought this was a poor seal. Replaced twice seal, but still leaked. Concluded it was a cracked toilet and was replaced. Required several visits.

They did a great job. They even took the time to better secure the pedestal sink to the wall for me. I'm really satisfied with the work they've done, and would recommend them.

Repairman Walt was wonderful. He looked at the issue and said, "we'll fix this, no problem." He had the part on his truck. Very clean and careful. He even noticed the toilet was slightly crooked and he straightened it... Triple checked every joint's tightness before he left!

Very well, the work was done quickly and for a reasonable proce. N oissues with the kitchen sink since then.

I have never had better plumbing service. Not only did they kindly work with my schedule, the person that fixed my tub explained that I didn't have to replace everything. I was looking at paying well over $500.00 to (between parts and labor) by using the original company and I paid less than $75.00 with 412 Plumbing. And the professionalism of the plumber was great and the service was impeccable.

Walt was wonderful! Prompt (in bad weather), polite, efficient & explained everything to me. He didn't over complicate or talk down to me as so many male contractors do to women. He was very neat & it took him just a little time to complete. We discussed the rest of my home's plumbing problems & already have a Spring appt. lined up to fix them. This is a huge relief for me to now have a plumber I trust!

They came to the house and had everything done in relatively short order. The work was high quality and they were very professional. The repairs went so well we later hired them to replace our water heater and install a pressure regulato.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. It went fine. It was good. They told me that $39 goes to Angie's and their charge is $125 and they took $50 off of it, so there was an additional $75 on top of the $39 and that wasn't mentioned on the website. I was happy with their work. I was satisfied with what they did. They charged $125 and that was for extra amount of time, like for an hour of work, and it doesn't matter what it was. The price was comparative to other companies. One guy came out and he was very good. He explained what he was doing to me really well. Everything was looking fine when he left. It took him about half an hour to complete the service.

Frankly, at first not so good. They cracked the toilet bowl. But, in fairness it was an old toilet. I was impressed with how they handled the situation once there was damage. They clearly wanted to make it right and make me happy. And, they did. And the owner used the situation as a teaching opportunity for his plumber-very impressive.

Excellent. I have a very old house which means old faucets, fittings and pipes. Walt was able to work around all these obstacles along with advice for future work/repairs. 412 Plumbing is the best outfit I've ever had in my house. Call them, they're that good.
