We are very pleased with their work. They are very nice and neat. They treated my home as if it was their own.

We discovered a fast leak from the toilet in our business on a Thursday afternoon. While it was a relatively minor repair, for us, it was an emergency since it was causing a significant amount of water to flood our bathroom faster than we could empty the bucket we used to catch the leak. We reached out to several plumbers that afternoon, but Steve Dunsmore was the only one who responded to us before the end of the business day. He said he was able to come the very next morning to fix our problem. He was there promptly when we arrived to open the store and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He showed us the part that needed replacing and also explained why it had failed in the first place. I would have no hesitation is using Steve Dunsmore's Plumbing again and would recommend him to others who needed prompt and affordable service.

They arrived on time. Steve checked the shower in case he had to go get supplies. If he had to get supplies, his son would start on the toilets. They were both very sociable and professional. I've used Steve before and I've given out a ton of his cards. Everybody I've recommended him to has been very happy with his work. The shower piping did not have a problem. It was the caulk around the tub. Steve told me how to caulk it easily. They were done in about an hour and a half. I would definitely recommend them in the future and they will be my first call for plumbing issues. One of the most important things to me is the fact that Steve either answers his phone or he returns calls in a timely fashion. I've called other plumbers who say they'll call back and never do.

They have done a lot of work for me around my home. I would use them again in the future.

Steve did an excellent job fishing PEX tubing through the walls and floors. Once it began, Steve was quick, clean and very professional.
