I had a leak in my roof in a room over the garage. I found Carranza Roofing on Angies' list and contacted them for an estimate. They came out that week and gave me a reasonable quote. They responded to me via phone and e-mail. I was able to set up a repair date very easy. When they arrived a repairman set right away to work. As he worked he took digital pictures to show me where the damages where and how he had repaired it. He also cleaned up very thoroughly. My roof no longer leaks and I now have a roofing company I can trust and would use again.

They were really friendly. Their estimate was about $2800 for the job. They were going to clean up everything including all the flashing and everything. It wasn't really a bad price but I just didn't end up using them.

I called for a quote since I had a leak i nmy front bedroom. I called and they sent someone out to find the problem. I was not home at the time, which they said was fine. Apparently they went on the roof (my neighbor confirmed this) and on August 25th sent a quote for the entire roof to be replaced including winter guard waterproofing, joint flashing,CertainTeed shingles, chimney flashing, attic ventilation and wood to be checked; if any is rotten, it would be replaced at an additional charge. The estimate total was $4392.00.I had two other estimates from other contractors, neither of which concluded that the roof needed to be replaced. I am still looking for a contractor who will take the time to get back to me; even to find out if they recommend replacement or repair.

They were very courteous and very professional and I liked that. They were very forthright about what they were looking at. Their price was very high. The quotes that I got from a few others were significantly lower and I am still looking into that. They were very nice, but unfortunately, the cost means a lot to me.

They were incredibly responsive and wonderful to work with. They were very upfront about how much it would cost and how long it would take. I had an emergency situation and they responded to me in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with their work.

They offered their Spring special, which included inspecting the whole room (not just the leak) and next day service for $250 flat. They came on time the next day. The guy was polite. He only needed to get into the house once to see where the leak was. Then he went outside, so we were able to go to work. He found the leak before I even left the house at 7:30. When I got home, everything had been cleaned up and the roof hasn't leaked since.

They came too look at a ceiling leak, determined that our roof was fine, that a rotted window sill was a the cause. They replaced it and capped and caulked the window. The head guy, Minor, was very friendly, thorough and helpful when explaining the situation to both me and my wife.

This is not the first time I have had an emergency that Carranza has come to the rescue. They are always there when you need them. I can't say enough good things about the company,the owner, and the employees. A super company to deal with. I am waiting on an estimate to permanently repair the damage and as soon as I get the estimate I will have them do the job. I love these people.

We got a lot of snow last winter, and even more snow this winter. As a result, my roof was in pretty bad shape and a significant leak started in my spare bedroom. I called Carranza and Minor came over as soon as he could to take a look. He advised me on the best course of action (roof replacement) and gave me an estimate within a week. Due to the weather, the full job couldn't start right away, but the leak kept getting worse, so Minor sent one of his crew members out to try patching the worst of it. The patch held for a little while, but it really wasn't a match for the bad weather. As soon as there was a break in the weather, his crew came out and started the work. Minor kept me advised on any developments as they worked, which included needing to replace two rotted rafters as well as some other rotted wood. It was a bad, stressful situation and I was grateful to get it all taken care of. The last bits of the job have dragged on a bit, but that was due to an error by their supplier. I only wish that their office hours were longer and that there was always someone in the office to answer the phone during them. I've left a lot of messages, which are always returned but usually not until the next day. And when I tried to drop off my final payment during their scheduled hours, I was amazed to find there was no one there! It's a little thing in the face of such great work and a very good price.

They were very good. They were prompt. They returned my call right away. They fixed the problem and we have not had it since then. They had a standard price for a service call. They charged the standard and did not charge anymore. It was a good experience. I was very pleased.

The job went well overall. The quality of their work was pretty good. There were no leaks after the job was completed.

Mr. Carranza came to our home, inspected the roof and talked to my husband. He then sent us a detailed proposal within two days. After accepting the proposal, my husband went to his place of business to pick out the color for the shingles. Mr. Carranza's wife was in the office, was very polite and friendly. She told him the job would be started within two weeks, which it was. The workers were very polite, went about their business professionally. The job took two days. They cleaned up both days and left no debris. We are very happy with the job they did. We would use them again.

The man seemed very nice and professional. He quickly gave the estimate. He knew the size of the roof and all of the specs already, so it was a quick process.

Just before Christmas 2009 we discovered a moisture problem in our attic. Minor Carranza responded to our call for an estimate. He spent more than two hours evaluating the problem and within two days submitted a written proposal to reroof our roofs. His proposal was fair and detailed. Work began in January. The workers were courteous, pleasant, professional and very hard working. At the end of each day the work site was clean. After the roof was completed another problem was discovered regarding the siding. As a result the entire siding was replaced and new insulation installed. The siding was installed within a few weeks after the problem was discovered.

Went very well. Referred to them by my realtor. The house that I had just bought had a roof that was in bad need of repair. Contacted this company and the owner came out, met with me and got back to me pretty quickly with an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and I liked that it was very detailed in regards to what work was to be done, how the install was to be done, what products where to be used, as well as the gaurantee by the manufacturer of the shingles and Carranza roofing's gaurantee. The install went well and I have been happy with the roof ever since. I did have a small issue/concern with the roof about 2 years after the install. I contacted the owner and he came back out to my house quickly and met with me. We went over the issues and he solved the problems right then and there. All was covered by the company's warranty on their work. I was very impressed by the way the company stood behind their product and workmanship, even 2 years after the install. Many other companies would have probably just tried to blow me off and not come out and taken care of the issue. I highly recommend this company.
