Mr. [Member Name Removed], This repair was done over a year ago not 2 days ago. Also the repair was not done 3 times. There was 1 time where there was a misunderstanding but was quickly rectified. However we are not able to hold that price beyond 30 days due to the possibility of a material increase. Description of Work: They reattached a gutter that had come loose. I thought the price was a little high and they advertised about a senior discount. When I asked about it they told me that was only on new installations and not on repair work which is not specified in the information about this company.

Description of Work: Carranza replaced our roof in Nov 2014. This involved a complete tear off of the old roof and the installation of a new roof. The team did an excellent job to get the work done. We've been very happy with the results as well and would recommend Carranza to anyone.

We did provide you with 3 different options ranging from 585.00 to 2,345.00 which also included the repairs to the inside of your home. We also discussed these options with you directly at your home. Our goal was to repair the current problem and create a solution so that you don't have any more ice damming. We do strive for complete customer satisfaction and do hope to work with you in the future.

Description of Work: Tried to use them for a house I'm purchasing from a bank (foreclosure). House is vacant and under contract. But to get an estimate prior to my closing they would charge a fee??? "Call us back when you buy the house...". Moved on to the next contractor that wanted my business. Too bad, I had a lot of work that needed to be done from roof to windows to trim.

Description of Work: A storm knocked some siding off my house. I called Carranza and they were professional from start to go. Gave a quote over phone (they knew exactly what I was describing and had a fixed price for the repair), showed up on time, were professional and completed the job very well.
