Amazing job!

Excellent, reliable grasscutting and trimming

He got back the same day I called and came out immediately. He stated he wasn?t sure he could do it, but if he could it would have to wait 2 weeks. When I stated that it really needed to be taken care of, he called someone he knew who was in the tree service business who was able to come out that night, look at it and come out the next day to remove the limb. He didn?t have to do this at all and I was impressed with his initiative. If I ever had any landscaping issues, I would defiantly call them!

They did good job for me. I have recommended them to neighbors.

I had two trees taken down by another tree service. I had been trying to find someone to haul away the wood that was left. R&J responded to my call, gave me an estimate, and hauled away the wood in the space of 3 days. I am very happy with the service provided.

Job was performed well and clean up was excellent.

The experience was wonderful. They came and saw the project, provided an estimate, and were back within a week to complete the project. The entire project was completed in 2 days and looks great. The are also doing the lawn care this summer, and doing a great job.

They tried to save me money on fill dirt and did a good job with what they had. I wish I have had them use more top soil because it needs to be graded for better water drainage.

The yard was a mess because of all of the winter weather and snow. There were lots of branches and leaves to be cleaned out. Ryan and his team did a great job in transforming the yard to look beautiful.

Overall I am delighted. I didn't get an opportunity to meet the rest of his crew but he is a hardworking guy that did a good job.

The team showed up promptly and did an excellent job at cleaning off the yard, blowing out the flower beds and removing all of the debris that accumulated over the winter. It was a very hard winter, but you would never know it after they arrived. I would definitely use this company again.

They were very professional. They are hard workers. It took him longer to do the job than he thought it was going to take, but he still held to the estimate. He is very fair and did a great job.

Ryan did the work when he told he me would and did not deviate one cent from his estimate. When I got home I almost didn't recognize my own house. I don't think he left a single leaf behind--he even removed the leaves from my porches and my garden patches (inbetween plants). It was a spectacular job, I couldn't be happier.

Based on the excellent reports on Angie's List, I called R&J Landscaping to schedule an estimate to do some regrading around my house to prevent water from getting into my basement. The administrative assistant had him call me later that afternoon and he came by either later that day or the next (I can't remember). I showed him my basement, the property, and some drawings we had created to show how we wanted the backyard to be regraded and for retaining walls to be added. He said he would take some measurements and have an estimate back to me the next day. It's been 2 weeks. I called yesterday for an explanation, and the administrative assistant said she would contact Ryan, find out what was going on, and that she would have him get back to me right away. He has not. This is completely unprofessional; even if they are back-logged a brief call to let me know the estimate (and work) would be delayed would have been appropriate.

Ryan was great. He was very responsive and gave us a quote right away. He started the work days after we decided to go with him. He and his co-worker showed up on time every day and the work was completed in 2 days. He did a great job and it looks great and he was on budget.

Ryan has done this work before and I have submitted a report in the past with pictures. Once again, we were very pleased with his professionalism, responsiveness and quality of the work.

everything went well...our biggest complaint was the lead times (2-3 weeks), but i'm sure this simply reflects their popularity given the good reviews on Angie's List...we plan on hiring them again for all of the things we can't or won't do ourselves

Everything went as planned with them. The delivery was on time as promised. They were professional, responsive and punctual. Their prices and quality of work was good.

He was very responsive. He came out quickly to give the estimate. His estimate was on the high end but he was a very nice guy. He sounded very thorough and I think he would have done good work.

Wow! R & J not only responded quickly, they were able to complete the work the following day, which was within our tight timeframe. The quote was competitive to remove the lawn debris, which was plentiful as it had been piling up for several years due to a constantly broken chipper, in the specified area. To our pleasant surprise, they went the extra mile and also cleared the rest of our front lawn of leaves and a significant portion behind the house that was covered in leaves! They completed all of this work in one morning and our property has never looked so clean. It should also be noted that our property is on a steep slope so performing this service was not easy - the reasonable cost was appreciated.

I had a very positive experience. Ryan came to give me an estimate very shortly after I called. I also did not have to wait long for the work to be started once we decided to go with him. I am very happy with the services performed. We have a large piece of property-1.3 acres-with a lot of beds and mulching to be done. Ryan and his crew did exactly what I wanted and it looks great! They worked for about 3 days to complete the project. Our beds were a mess before Ryan came.

Ryan came out quickly after I called. He looked over the yard and the project (raking my 1/3 acre of leaf covered yard) and gave me an estimate. He told me to call when I wanted him to come back out to do the project (the leaves had not all fallen from my trees yet). After a couple of storms and wind, the leaves were all down a couple of weeks later. I called Ryan one day, left a message asking for him to come out whenever he had time to take care of the leaf work. The next day, I came home from work and noticed something different -- all the leaves were gone! Leafs, sticks, etc. all picked up and taken away, gardens cleared out, everything.
