Ryan responded quickly to our request for an estimate.  The estimate was the second one we had gotten and was very reasonable.  The work was scheduled quickly and down very professionally.  We were very pleased and hope to use R&J again.

Great. Showed up on time. Work done well. Cleaned up afterwards. Lawn looks great. No complaints.

I met with him over a week ago, promised to have estimate in two days.  Eight days have passed no estimate! Still waiting!

Good quality and price

Very thorough. Cleared gutters and roof, trimmed shrubs and removed all dead leaves on and around property.  Used them two years in a row. Very dependable. Will use again next year. 

The estimate was for about $4500.  The gentleman wasn't very forthcoming with comments.  I was asking his advice but he didn't give much.  He was a quiet gentleman.

They are very thorough, very good, very professional, and very competitive. They are just really a good group of people, and I continue to use them.

He is responsive the fact that he is quick and he did a very good job. I have no complaints about it. The responsiveness is probably the best part of that. I reached out to a few and he is the first one to get back at me and he came out and gave me an estimate and reasonable.

I have been using Ryan's lawn services (mowing, aerating, and landscaping) for almost two years. Last week, I had a very large pine tree fall on my property and it damaged a section of the fencing. I called Ryan at 7:30 am in a sense of desperation after discovering 15 mins earlier the chaotic scene in my back yard. At 8:30 am, I received a return phone call from Ryan, and one hour later he was surveying the damage and working up an estimate. The very next day he was out with his crew at 9am to remove the tree. Today he performed the stump grinding ( he had to wait one week so the ground could dry up and he could get the machinery in) and replaced the section of fencing that was damaged. He did a great job and he was even able to save one of my rose bushes that had been partially damaged when the tree fell. I also noticed his crew had patched a small section of the fence in an undamaged area free of charge! After close to two years of doing business with Ryan and multiple projects along the way ( flower beds, mowing, seeding, tree service etc), I can say that I am 110% satisfied. His follow-up skills are superior, and he consistently follows through on all commitments. Also, his pricing is reasonable. As a professional in the sales industry for over 10 years, I am thoroughly impressed with his level of professionalism, can-do attitude, and results-oriented focus. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone and am so happy that I have found such a reliable contractor!

They are extremely easy to reach. Ryan always gets back to you. The only problem I have ever had is the weather not co-operating. After the rain subsided the crew came out and was able to clear the leaves and get the outside of the house ready for Thanksgiving. I gave them enough notice so that even though the original date had to be canceled because of rain, they made sure they were able to accommodate. I find R&J very easy to work with and very competitively priced. They do a great job.

Very well, Ryan and his crew came out and did everything we discussed. The job was initially delayed by a few days, but that was due to weather which is beyond their control. Overall, it was a very well done job. Price may be a bit higher than the competition, but he is punctual, communicates well and gets the job done right the first time. Something I can't say for all of the other companies I got quotes from.

The results were very good, and property looked great afterwards, just in time for  Labor Day guests.  Their prices are higher than normal (I think), but they don't use immigrant labor, so it's worth the extra cost to me.

After reading a few reviews stating this company came out to bid the job, never to be heard from again, I unfortunatley took a chance to call them out. The rep came out on a Saturday morning, spent 15 minutes with me pointing out the work I needed done. This was the last time I heard from him. Never received a bid or a return call. Waste of time.

Great. Called, got an appointment quickly. Appointment was early like 7am. Came on time. Helped us work out how to start our sprinkler system (did not have to do this); walked around the garden and discussed what needed to be done. Sent email quote within a week. Then got an appointment. Brought a group of 3 other men - a bit late due to traffic. They did the work in one day. Ryan himself came and worked alongside his men all day. Checked that I was satisfied with the work.

Ryan Donnelly responded promptly, did the work in the time he committed, and for the agreed price.  There was a very strong rain storm the day after the mulch was put down, and it washed away.  He came back out and re-spread new mulch (I had to pay for mulch and labor, but that is fair, and he came straight away).  Two of the shrubs are dying, but that is my fault for not watering them during these very dry conditions!  He even put down several additional plants for free, trimmed up some of the trees, and cleaned out part of my gutters!  I am really happy with team members' professionalism as well. I will use R & J for some additional work.

Since he did a good job we continued using him. He mows our lawn once a week and he put in a flowerbed for me. His employees are really great and really friendly. He is really helpful and has quick followup. They are also timely and punctual.

Ryan and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would (unusual for a contractor).  They worked in a professional manner and did not stop until the walkway was finished.  Ryan and his crew did a marvelous job and I have nothing but good things to say about the entire experience.  I have many other projects needed around my house and I will give R and J much more work - they show up when scheduled, do the work needed and are not too pricey.  Highly recommended.

Very responsive to emails and phonecalls from start to finish.  Quote was exactly what is actually cost and $1000 cheaper than other quotes.  Yard looks great.
