SUSAN COTTETA

Susan paid attention to what we wanted, she listened to all of our crazy requests (3 floors, backyard, older home with character, something that's got good systems but is maybe run down enough so we can be handy and do some tlc to it, etc etc) She was available to us any day, any time and returned calls promptly. Her husband Sal does construction too so he would come along to see the houses we were heavily considering and point out things we might not have ordinarily noticed. Susan found answers to all of our questions and never pushed a house on us. We saw about 16 homes and she sent us tons of listings. We felt she looked out for us, explaining why certain houses were still on the market, explaining resale value even though we've sworn to never move again, she had our interests in mind should our situations change. I highly recommend her.
