Flooring
Floors warped, not laid with properly, didn't cut heat vents to the appropriate size, mixed wood types to save themselves money. Repeatedly promised to fix problems but never showed up. Refused to provide invoices.
Very messy, consistently left cigarette buts and debris on lawn and driveway. Very unprofessional.
