I contacted GGC based on Angie's List reviews and I was not disappointed  Ivan, owner of the company, came out and took a look at the project and what I wanted done.  I told him that I had purchased three vouchers for gutter work for his company from Angie's List website.  Ivan indicated that was a mistake on AL's part but that he would still honor the terms of the voucher. That was the first indicator I was dealing with a values-driven person.  Then, as we walked around the house looking at the current state of affairs, Ivan began pointing out problems with the current set up of where the downspouts were located on the roof. After he pointed it out, it made perfect sense why some gutters would become overwhelmed with rainwater.  To me, this was the value added Ivan brought to the project.  GGC did an excellent job with the project.  The company accomplished the tasks set out in the statement of work very well.  In addition to replacing the gutters, GGC capped exposed fascia boards as I had requested.  Finally, he replaced the gutters on the detached garage at minimal expense because he was concerned that it would look aesthetically bad to have brand new shiny white gutters on the main house, but dingy old gutters on the detached garage.  
I have additional work to be done and I will definitely be contacting Ivan again..

Against our recommendations, we were instructed to attach old Gutters material to new Gutter material which can lead to even more issues outside of the home. We strive to provide the best customer satisfaction for every client; however, we were unfortunately unable to find an agreement on price with this member. While our prices are not the lowest in the area because of our quality and performance of work, despite this, our estimate to the member was extremely reasonable. Mr. Gomez arrived punctually and scheduled a work team for the following day.  They arrived on time and went right to work.  I can not verify their work because I do not want to climb the ladder.  I am a little alarmed at the price.  After seeing how long they were here and what they did, I think the price was excessive.

I believe I paid $99 for an estimate. I had bought the house and I didn't know how old the roof was and what condition it was in. The guy came out and walked around the roof and basically said that it needed to be replaced. He didn't tell me what I wanted to know; he just said that I needed to replace the whole roof. It was a waste of $99. He never got back to me with a price.

It went fine.  The issues they had were dealing with obtaining the proper permits with the township.  There were some discrepancies.  However the work was done well, even though the job had to be halted for several days.

I wasn’t happy with it at all. They didn’t even ring my bell to say they were leaving so I could check to see if everything was fixed and it weren’t. So I called back and they wanted to charge me the second time so I told them to forget it. My husband did tell them he wanted them to look at everything and make sure everything was correct and they didn’t.

I purchased the Big Deal for a roof maintenance package.  The provider did have someone come out and look over our roof.  Unfortunately what I expected and what they provided were two different things.  We worked with Angie's List and the provider did refund the purchase price.  He made good on a misunderstanding and we appreciated that.

It  went well.  They were prompt - showed up when they said.  Listened to the issue.  Went up on the roof.  Confirmed that our roof was in good shape. Found the problem - a seal that not done right due to a pipes proximity to our chimney.  They fixed the seal.  since then the leak has not occurred in our bathroom.

He didn't really do anything because he said my roof was fine. I think he nailed one shingle back down. He didn't really do good or bad work it was just more of an assessment. My problem was more of with how the deal was set up. I prefer something actually gets done.

We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for our annual gutter cleaning, and waited until early December to schedule the service when most of the leaves had fallen.  Everything went very smoothly:  the job was done quickly and the waste was removed cleanly.  I would not hesitate to recommend Gomez Contractors or to use them again.

Ivan was professional. His workers were courteous and they completed the job in a timely manner to the specifications of the contract. I also had them install a new gutter. The gutter guy didn't leave the right elbows for the bottom of the downspout, so Ivan dropped them off the next business day. I would recommend if a new roof is needed. They were priced competitively. Additionally, other companies seemed to shy away from a smaller roof job.

I guess because of the promotion, the provider has received too many orders. As the result, the provider didn't even show up and asked his pal to help out. The guy was nice but I was not sure if he knew what should be done. Yes, my roof was fine. But I purchased  the coupon so that the roof could be "maintained". Well, I am not sure if my roof is too good? or this coupon is just for service guys to fish out more business. It didn't meet my expectation at all. As the result, I recommended my neighbors not to buy this kind of promotion.
