Bill and his team did a great job.  Finished job came in slightly higher ($650.00) than original estimate due to some unforeseen electrical work...still not bad.  Had the entire kitchen remodeled; slightly redesigned by having extra cabinets and counter tops installed on an otherwise blank wall. Bill addressed our concerns during the project, came up with solutions and acted on our collaborated agreement.  Bill and his team were prompt, courteous and professional at all times.  Bill ANSWERS HIS PHONE!!!  So very important when deciding on a contractor.

We contacted Bill through Angie?s List about re-designing our outdated kitchen. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He came up with some great ideas for opening up our fairly small kitchen and working within the confines of the room. He also gave us a number of options for keeping the cost down. Communication was excellent and called us afterward to give us prices and to answer any questions we had. We look forward to meeting with him again when we are ready, to look at the different wood and finish options.

Bill O'Toole & his crew are definitely 'top notch'.  Bill answered the phone on almost every occasion I called.  On the few occasions I had to leave a message, he got back to me right away (even on the weekend).  Bill and his crew did a 'fantastic' job in my kitchen.  He visited me several times to be sure he had the measurements correct for cabinets, etc.  He had a schedule of what would be completed on a particular day & it was!  His crew was always on time and very courteous.  I have had so many compliments on my kitchen I can't begin to tell you.  Bill was very patient (I asked a great many questions) and was very concerned about what I wanted.  The cabinets are 'custom' and are absolutely GORGEOUS !!  Bill  even came the day the granite person came to do the measuring. I would definitely use Bill again  - as a matter of fact, I have another project in the works & he's going to be involved toward the end.  On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best), I'd give Bill a '15'.  Need I say more?  You definitely will be pleased!

Extremely responsible. They start exactly when they said they would start.  All the workers knew what they were doing, very professional. Bill, the owner, didn't do the actual work, but he was extremely knowledgeable, and very detailed.  Showed me a schedule of how and when they were going to complete the work, and was always very exact. He was always available via phone. I would recommend him to anyone in this area.

Bill was very prompt in giving his estimate and it was reasonable.  He helped us design the layout and was patient while we made our selection.  He did the job quickly, and without issue.   The kitchen is now fully functional!
