ACTION ALARMS

This was the same general diagnostic he had made on other properties before. One of the previous properties he had diagnosed (after a false alarm) I hadn't had him repair & wondering why the same issues kept repeating on fairly new installs, I had Designed Alarm Security meet me & evaluate this previous property. Dave found that there was nothing wrong with the system outside of a improperly connected "horn" that Mike had installed before & I found that the tenant had been setting the burglar alarm daily for the past two months without any problems. For the past 10 to 15 years I have been with Action Alarm. I would buy, rehab, & rent property in Philly. I always had Action alarm install the fire & burglary system as well as any repairs that were needed. Over the years I thought we had developed a good relationship & I never questioned his pricing or his repairs. If there had been a faulty mother board or control panel that he claimed was "fried" the tenant could never have been able to set the alarm once let alone continually. It's to bad that I have been duped for some time but tragic that people you grow to trust can do this & look themselves in the mirror every morning.

After receiving the alarm it didn't work and I had them back out after calling them. They said that I had to wait to get reimbursed. They came back once after I continued to call for reimbursement, this was over six months ago and I still haven't heard anything back.

I think Action is great to be honest. They are highly responsive, always timely, and they are very fair about what they charge you too. I would highly recommend their alarm services to other people. They definitely do what they promise to do and that is important when you are dealing with a company who is protecting your home.
