+ -1 moreIt did not go well. His workers totally mismatched the color of the morter, so it had to be dug out and redone. It took 10 days to do a 2 day job. He did no supervision follow up. Had he done that he would have seen his employees totally botched it. He represented himself as being a restoration specialist, and I find that hard to believe after watching how he proceeded with this job. It was unacceptable from start to finish. He did not present any type of professionalism of being a restoration specialist. He was supposed to do our chimney as well, but after seeing his work we decided to let him go. He was over priced and under-performed.
Description of Work: Re-pointed a brick patio.
