A slight problem arose after they left at 6 PM in the evening, and they sent a very gracious and professional technician and in fact the installation supervisor responded, after hours!
They had the system running again, and found a faulty part was the problem, not their fault.
The next day they came back to see if the system was working correctly and even cleaned the area of the install more and they did not have to, they gave 110%.
I use and would use UGI for all my heating, cooling needs, they are excellent.

I was told by 'Tom' that it would cost $89 to come out to review the project. Cost after that would depend on the situation and materials - which makes sense. But the idea that I would pay someone $89 to come out and then be forced to accept the cost because of the $89 already committed was ludicrously funny.
Someone at UGI should evaluate their estimate procedure as they've definitely lost this customer from even considering their business.
"We, like the vast majority of heating, cooling and plumbing companies, have a combination travel and diagnostic fee which is $89 and covers our expense and time to drive to your home and any and all time to see what expenses are involved in a hook up like this. It is a one time flat fee. This was fully explained before a technician was dispatched. Then a firm price is offered to provide the requested service and that is the customer's choice whether to take it or not. We hope this fully explains how our industry operates."

The UGI tech did a great job. He quickly diagnosed a blocked chimney and cleaned that too. I would definitely go with UGI again.
