Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

Great experience with company, I explained I had I already bought a new mini split w heat pump to replace my 12 yr old and was looking to have it installed. A lot of HVAC companies I've spoken to will not install a pre-purchased unit unless you buy the unit from them (even if you have electric already ran, block already present for compressor, spouting ran for lines/cut into home for indoor handler, and a new line set w a couple extra feet). Fortunately I found True Feel Heating and Cooling, LLC, they contacted me right away to discuss the project. Very nice and polite, after we did the walk through they could have had me on the schedule in 2 weeks, but that was the day the mini split was supposed to come. Unit came as scheduled and looking to have it installed in 3 days. I'll update the review after work with pictures
