Once I signed on to work with Tammy the search for a house went relatively quickly and after we looked at some homes she helped me work through the mountain of required paperwork and was always on top of all of the time lines and schedules that are necessary to get to the closing table.
I settled on my house on 9/30 and even after the settlement she's been working with me on resolving an issue that I'm having with my mortgage lender. The fact that she's working with me even AFTER the settlement says a lot about the kind of person she is. Caring for the customer after the sale is rare in today's world and I really appreciate it. Her amazing service, attention to detail and unbelievable availability are only some of the reasons that I can't recommend Tammy Huk highly enough to anyone looking to buy a home in the Lehigh Valley.
