We had sewer odors coming from our drain, so we had them come and take a look. Turns out it was a simple fix that could have been fixed without a plumber and a $100 house call, but they were very prompt and professional, and explained the situation and how to fix it in the future, so it was worth having them out, overall. I would hire them again.

They were good. There was part he had to replace and he charge by the hour. I think there a chain and I think we could have probably got it a little cheaper but they came right out and fixed it within 15 minutes.

The rep arrived promptly and was friendly.  He looked at our water heater and told us the ventilation motor was shot and it would be best to replace the entire heater  (it was 12+ years old, so this was not unreasonable).  He quoted us a price for just the motor, and then raised his price  by $200 a few minutes later, explaining that he quoted us the price for "members."   Then when we asked for a price for the full heater replacement, the quote seemed VERY high.  He also suggested we check the pressure in the line as well to see if we needed an expansion tank and when we asked if he could do that while he was here, he said sure and went to his truck for a moment.  While there he had a conversation on his cell phone and when he came back in he said he couldn't check the pressure for us and left.  
We shopped around later and discovered that his price was high by around $600, so maybe he knew we weren't going to go for it?  It didn't leave us feeling positive about the experience, so we went somewhere else for the heater replacement.

Job repair went well.

We were both pleased with price because it was so reasonable. He was prompt, did a good job and in his field, that's very  difficult to find. We had gone through other people at other times that essentially ripped us off or the charges were to high and the work was inferior but this guy was reliable, reasonable, just overall very good.

Use Roto Rooter. That's all I can say. They guarentee their work and their price is reasonable. Don't be fooled by anyone else who uses the word "rooter".

Great service from start to finish.  Courteous, professional individuals from the initial phone call to the technician who came out.  Work done, quickly and efficiently.  And we got a "Thank You" note from them....  Nice!!!

They communicated well in terms of negotiating a price. They came out and did an estimate. They told me when they were coming. They called before they came. They came and did the job quickly. I am happy with the result. Their price was the best. They made some suggestions that reduced the cost. That is why I chose them, they modified the work in ways that I would not have thought of, so it would be cheaper. They were friendly and there were no hassles at all. They did everything that they said they would. They were out here within a week. They were easy to talk to.

I only wish I could remember the gentleman's name who came out to work out a clog in the basement sump.  He was great, answered a bunch of my questions and even walked me through each step of the process.  Sure the fee was a bit high, but in the end the problem was fixed and I learned a couple of things I didn't two hours earlier...

This was my second service from Mr. Rooter.  In both cases, the technicians arrived at the scheduled time, were knowledgeable & professional, fixed the problems, and left the areas in a neat condition -- who could ask for more ?

Having completed two previous remodeling projects for us, (new bathrooms in the summer of 2011, new kitchen in summer of 2012) we wanted to redo our living room, mud room, and family room.  They all had cracked ceilings caused by the radiant heat that was built in and all the wood trim and some paneling that looked worn and dated.  The ceilings and all paneling were replaced with new drywall,we added lots of lighting and new book cases.  Yes we hired plumbers to do all this.  We were so happy with all the previous work that was done we didn't want anyone else.  
     The entire crew from Agentis treated our house like their own, we never came home to a mess.  They were there when they said they would be, always on time, and stayed with the job until it was done.  The other contractors they partnered with for the electrical, painting and book cases were also first rate.  The best part was that Rich the project manager coordinated everything.  Any questions, changes,or concerns I only had to make one call and he took care of it.  We couldn't be happier with Agentis and all the work that they have done for us.  They helped turn our house into our dream home.

The Mr Rooter Plumber was prompt, courteous and quick.  He cleaned up afterwards and the work was done very well.  i would use them again.

Called service. Plumber arrived at specified time. Checked toilet for leaks and possible easy fixes. Unable to stop problem. Recommended replacement. Took two days to acquire necessary fixture. Arrived at designated time. Did all necessary work and checked for leaks. Well done.

This repair was an emergency situation and it was handled in an excellent manner.  We received helpful information on the phone until the workers arrived.  The wait time was minimal and the workers completed the job quickly.  Super job!

I am very impressed with the service, quality of work, and overall experience.  He took the time to make sure he understood what I wanted then reviewed my options in detail, including price.  I also asked some questions regarding possible future work I am considering which he answered in detail.  I am pleasantly surprised. 
He performed the work in a very professional manner and was very neat and clean.
