Technician said water level was too high in toilet tank, so he lowered it to the proper level. This did not solve the problem, so the technician came back the next week and found the silicone seal had four swells bubbling around the seal. This caused water to seep past. Technician installed a new flush value seal kit, which solved the issue. I was only charged for the first visit, so I appreciate that the technician came back and resolved the issue the second time at no additional charge. Also on the first visit, the technician removed the hose from the outside faucet, along with taping and doping the threads on the faucet stem. He also provided a quote in case I wanted to replace this faucet. Overall, I'm very happy with the service provided.

The guys did a very good job, I hired Maitz a few months ago for the same issue and they did less work for double the price.

Great. The plumber replaced the broker sink drain plug with a new plug. He showed me the old plug become rusted, so that's why it no longer worked. He also unhooked the outdoor hose from the faucet, because the hose had been tightened too much. The plumber was professional and courteous. He did a good job of explaining everything he did..

Thought $500 was way to expensive to rebuild the inside of two toilets. The one toilet new flushing apparatus that allows the toilet to fill kept sticking and they wouldn't come out to fix it

If you're looking for a cheap service that does basic work at their schedule, then Agentis is the wrong place. If you're looking for quality work, clear communication, on-time respectful service, and professional masterful skill at their craft- then Agentis should be at the top of your list. Having had them twice now we've found them to go above and beyond what would be expected to make sure we are happy customers and I appreciate their clear commitment to be upfront in their costs at the time of estimate.

The plumber placed a new gasket upside down in the toilet which resulted in a constantly running toilet. Plumber returned the same day to properly place gasket (right side up). The plumber said leaking hose to the kitchen faucet needed to be replaced and part would be ordered. The Plumber took several pictures of the faucet to ensure proper part. Two weeks later (after my phone call to check on status) the plumber returned with the wrong size hose. The wrong size hose was installed as a temporary fix (to stop leak) which resulted in the faucet spout being difficult to swing side to side. The Plumber ordered a new hose using the original hose as a model. The Plumber returned, after an additional two-week wait and my phone call to check on the status, and finished the repair with the proper part. The total time to complete kitchen faucet repair was 4 weeks. I have dealt with this company in the past with mixed results. The employees of this company are polite and pleasant. I was not charged for the additional visits due to wrong part.

Professional, friendly, knew what was wrong right away. Pipe was clogged with debris from backflushing the hydrants in the park. I needed a new faucet because mine was corroded. I thought the price of almost $400 was too much, but I had just gotten home that day from bilateral knee replacement, wasn't feeling especially well, and just wanted it fixed. He did so, and no trouble with it since.

Two employees came in and took pictures of the shower and the hardware. They said they had to submit them for an estimate. It’s been 2 1/2 weeks and I have not gotten a call back yet. I would not recommend to anybody.

Called on Sunday afternoon desperate to get the deep kitchen sink clog removed. First my information was taken by an operator. An hour later Martin called to schedule an appointment for Monday. I asked if today is possible and he kindly rescheduled his other stuff and showed up in 15 minutes. Martin was clean, professional and quick. Everything went back to normal after about 30m. Highly recommend his service. It was not cheap but way cheaper than emergency services at other places.

The were very professional. Gave me a quote on-site for the investigating the problem. The issue was found quickly and the on-site investigation price was waived. The repair was made at a reasonable price. I thought it started leaking again and them immediately came out. Work is guaranteed for 30 days.

A toilet was leaking, causing water to drip through the garage ceiling. We called Mr Rooter and the phone was answered by a person who works for their answering service. (This was reassuring.) We told them that we drained the tank, so the water was no longer leaking. We scheduled having a plumber come out and fix the toilet. The plumber was very pleasant and easy to talk to. He explained the cost of repairing the toilet, and compared it to the cost of replacing it. There wasn't much difference between the two prices, so I opted to have it replaced with a more efficient toilet. He went to a supplier, picked up a replacement, and then installed it. The process didn't take very long. The new toilet works well, and it uses much less water.
