Description of Work: Double vanity sink in master bath was blocked. The Mr. Rooter serviceman, Chad arrived and introduced himself. He asked what the problem was, asked to see the sink location. Chad provided me with an estimate and explained what he would do to unclog the blocked drain. Chad was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did his work promptly, kept me abreast of his progress and cleaned up after his work was completed. The original estimate for the work was $160, less the $30 coupon from the Angiels List Web Site, brought the bill down to $130. Thank you Chad and Mr. Rooter for the timely repair. Description of Work: By far the best plumbing experience I have had in the Lehigh Valley area. I have tried multiple plumbers to address a persistent drain issue in our home. Each has been expensive and took hours. Brett, came in, freed up our drain in 30 minutes, was professional and had useful advice to prevent the problem. All at about 1/3rd of what we have paid other plumbers.

Description of Work: I had and emergency with a leak in my bathtub faucet. This was early in the morning and someone came to fix the problem in short order. I was very happy with the service. This spring I decided to renovate my bathroom and upon the recommendation of someone I met at a supply center I called Agentis Plumbing. A nice young gentleman came and spoke to me about the renovations I wanted and told me he would get back to me in 3 weeks. Four weeks went by and I called him. He agreed to come by the following week with the estimate. I rushed home from work that day only to find a message on my phone indicating that he could not make it but would drop off the estimate so I could look it over. I never received the estimate. I called the following week and indicated that I wanted to make a decision on the contractor but was told this gentleman was "out of the country." The receptionist told me she would text him but I never heard another word from him or anyone else at Agentis. In the first instance I would rate this company with an A but the second incident left me frustrated. I wasted over a month waiting for a response. I might call them again if I have a plumbing problem but they lost my business on the bathroom renovation.

Description of Work: The u-pipe under our basement laundry sink rusted out; they came and replaced the pipe and also fixed a leak on the third-floor bathroom sink faucet.

Description of Work: Upon our initial contact with Mr. Rooter/Agentis Plumbing, the voice on the telephone was pleasant, professional, and competent. We were offered service the same day we called, but requested our service be performed the following day. As we had been informed, the dispatcher called within the time-frame we were quoted and Chris, the plumber, came shortly afterward, assessed the problem, and gave us a quote. We felt the service he performed, cleaning a drain that had been problematic for some time, was done quickly and very efficiently. They even offered a coupon which took $25 off the estimate charge of $160. We were very pleased with their service and would not hesitate to use this company again. A big thumb's up!

Description of Work: I was having a problem with the flush on my commode, it seems the toilet tissue I was using did not absorb therefore did not breakup and flush. It was a lesson learned with no charge, A service person who is, friendly, courteous, very professional, and put booties on before entering my home gave me the information and went on his way....I would call S. Agentis/Mr Rooter in a heartbeat for any plumbing service I need.

Description of Work: I sent an email request for an estimate over a month ago. I have had no response from the company.

Description of Work: After waiting 2 days after service tech came out looked at the problem gave us an estimate and was told someone would be out the next day, they were a no show. Then I received another call saying they would be here the following day. 10 minutes before i am expecting them to arrive, I get a call from them saying that there is no way they are coming out . They are so backed up and they should of never sign up to do this job . "it was a joke". Called Mon. , it is now Thursday and no one is coming and they wasted my time.

Description of Work: First one man came out and tried to unclogg the drain, and could not do it, Next day a blowout specialist came out, he unclogged it, but said I had roots in my sewer line, on the Township side of the sewer line, and he could not comeplete the job, but I was able to use the sewer. Next day the town came out and finished the job, for free.

Description of Work: We requested an estimate for two jobs: 1) repairing a water main break outside the foundation, and 2) installing several outside faucets. In job #1 the estimate provided was three times what others estimated; in job #2, the estimate was about 50% more than other's estimated. So we did not use this firm.
