Awesome. I called Greg one afternoon. He called me back that evening, came and gave me a price the next morning, ground the stumps 4 days later and did an awesome job. He showed up when he said he would and even gave some good advice on how to amend the soil to plant grass and new trees.

Great! He took the stumps down below the ground level so we were ready to plant grass. He moved all of the wood chips into the woods. Don't remember the exact price - but it was a bargain.

I left a message on the company answering machine. They responded the next day came to my house gave me an estimate to remove planter box and stump. Told me that they could come back and remove it that day. We're back within the hour and two hours later job was complete. Fast friendly and reasonably priced would definitely use again.

Very well. They were very polite, professional, did everything they said they would do. Cleaned everything up and even made sure that my neighbors yards on both sides of us was cleaned up. I really appreciated that. Great job guys!!!!!!

Gregg removed a nearly dead tree and three thorny bushes in the front of my house. He also removed a much overgrown bush and trimmed two hemlocks on either side of my front door. He was very quick to respond to my Angie's List message and came out right away to give an estimate. His price was the least expensive of all my estimates and I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a tree or other items removed from their landscape.

Gregg, from STS Stump Removal, was able to come out on the same day that I had my tree cut down and removed a small-medium sized maple tree stump. He was very professional and thoroughly cleaned up the area he was working in before he left.  I felt his price was extremely fair and I was grateful that Gregg could fit me into his schedule on such short notice.  I would definitely use STS Stump Removal again.

I contacted Gregg through Angie's List messaging.  He was prompt to respond even though he was out of town.  As soon as he returned home, he stopped by to give us an estimate.  With that, he gave us an approximate start date.  Once we agreed to the terms, we scheduled the work.
Gregg was prompt - actually early which was fine!  He got right to work. We were concerned after we called 811 to mark the utilities as we discovered the tree was right on top of the gas service line.  Gregg did not feel that would be an issue and he was right!  
Overall, we were pleased with the excellent communication, fairness in the estimate and work, and Gregg's attention to detail in cleaning up and removing all debris.  We definitely would call him again should we need to to remove any trees and would not hesitate to offer a referral.

I called four tree stump removal companies for estimates. The first thing that impressed about STS Stump Removal Service, was the owner Greg Vargo's quick response. I emailed him my request, I had a response within an hour. Greg was very professional, polite, efficient and honest. He had the best price by far. He arrived at my home early in the morning and got right to work! He cleaned up so well, you would never know there were tree stumps in my yard! I'm very, very impressed with Greg's work. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

This is the second time I used STS Stump Removal. After a great experience having a tree cut down at my house, I called Gregg to have some bushes removed at an investment property I purchased. He went out early the next morning to see what he could do. There was also ivy growing up the side of the house, almost covering the entire side. Gregg told me he doesn't usually remove ivy because he doesn't have ladders to climb up. He told me he would try cutting it off at the bottom and pull off as much as he could. He gave me a very fair price. He was very busy, but still fit me in. He went out early the following Saturday, removed between 15 and 20 bushes, and was able to gett all of the ivy off. I will continue to use STS Stump Removal.

I emailed STS and another provider the night of the 23rd. I received a response from STS early the next morning. The other provider responded later that afternoon. Gregg from STS asked for my address and said he would be out in the next couple days because he was very busy. He showed up that night around 7:30 after a long days work. He gave me a price much lower than I expected and said he would be out Saturday to do the work. He showed up early this morning and cut the tree down faster than I thought possible. He and his helper had the tree out and my yard clean in no time. They didn't leave a single twig. The other provider hasn't even called me back yet.
I will definitely call STS for anything I may need in the future. They were professional, polite, and thorough.
