"Unfortunately we did not explain ourselves correctly for you to make an informed decision. All professional moving companies have 4 hour minimums. We are regulated by the PA Public Utility Commission. They require us to register our rates and how we administer those rates. Moving companies follow these rules, even in a unfortunate use of labor like this. (a 2 hour job) The 4 hour minimum would have been spelled clearly on the estimate. We do not hide you are paying for 4 hours of labor. You can use that labor how you wish for the full time, but we will still charge the minimum. Most major moving companies follow similar rules. Sorry if there were any misunderstandings."
