When I took my ring in to be repaired, I was given a total estimate, not itemized. My husband picked my ring up while I was out of town. When I got back, I went to put my ring back on and could immediately tell that the center stone was very loose. I took it back in the next day, and they insisted that it hadn't been like that when it left there store, and tried to charge me more to fix my ring. I cannot trust the quality of a jeweler who missed the loose stone during his initial inspection, the repair, and then when it was released to us. It was very obvious. And then to act like I was the shady one trying to pull something over on them, and then try to charge me to fix their mistake? Very unethical and unprofessional.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from South Hills Jewelers from Marjorie, and I could not be more pleased with it! It is exactly what I wanted, and although of course I'm not sure what he paid for it, he seemed to be very happy with the cost. Additionally, I took my ring 2 separate times to get it resized and they were accommodating and very friendly both times.

They are a Seiko dealer. I had a Seiko watch repaired there, and it came back with pieces that are not Seiko. The band was replaced with a less expensive band. They used parts that were not right for that watch. I had other watches repaired there too, and they do not do a very good job. They are not really good with watches. I would not have watches repaired there anymore.
