They have replaced a system before and they are excellent. They put in a combination heat pump and air conditioner and they placed it on the third floor. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

I couldn't be happier with Dongilli. They weren't the cheapest of our estimates, but I'm very glad I trusted my gut and went with them. Anthony Dongilli was consistently prompt, friendly, professional, and an excellent communicator. From the initial estimate through to the end, he took a lot of time in person to discuss all of our options, explain how they might differently affect the aesthetics of the exterior and interior of our home, identify potential challenges, as well as offer some different choices around best value and optimal functionality of the system. Several times in the middle of the installation, Anthony grabbed me to point out something about my home that he learned from opening walls and doing work, so when he left I was actually more knowledgeable about our new old home than when he began. From the start he had me feeling confident that he had conscientiously considered the job and that he would do quality work, and quality work is what we got, with great attention to detail. Mini-splits aren't the prettiest systems, but Anthony did a great job placing everything perfectly centered and aligned with other interior and exterior features so they blended in as well as possible. Now that the weather has warmed up, we're thrilled to stay cool with the new system. I would recommend Dongilli in a heartbeat to anybody else looking for a ductless cooling solution.
