Colin was awesome. Super friendly, and went right to work. He explained to me everything that was needed and what he was going to do. He had all of the material/parts on hand when he arrived. He arrived within the timeframe specified and called 30 min before showing up. I was extremely satisfied with the work that he performed.
Between how quickly I received service (3 business days) for a non-emergency, the quality and expedience of the work, I can't complain about the price at all. Although there was a $85 fee that I wish the service department would have told me about prior to Colin showing up.
My only complaint is that he could not discharge the coolant from a window AC unit that I wanted to get rid of. I was told that Beverly Services did not offer that service. Again, I wish I would have known that prior to arranging the appointment.
I will definitely be hiring their services again.
