When looking for a company to handle a project, I value good, reliable communication, keeping promises, and detailed information to help with decisions. The contractor, Jay, called when he said he would, showed up on time, and provided in depth explanations to help me make the right decision. The workers showed up on schedule, were very helpful with moving heavy items back and forth and were very thorough in cleaning up the discarded materials and debris. I would recommend this company. By the way, the survey forces me to give an answer to 'value for the money'. I don't know the exact amount others may have estimated, but I find value in a trustworthy relationship.

Five years ago Romano Roofing of Bensalem, PA replaced my roof and built a roof deck. When it needed repair for what seemed like normal wear and tear they were on it the day after I sent them some photos. Not only did they fix a damaged railing they replaced 18 deteriorated post caps, something I had been planning to do myself. They did all this at no charge. This is pretty amazing service. Romano Roofing is a rare find.

Jay and team did a tremendous job. The estimate process was easy and came in at about the middle of the three we received for a complete replacement of both second and third floor roofs. The work was started almost immediately, which we wouldnâ t have expected, but was a nice perk! Everyone we interacted with at Romano Roofing showed a commitment to communication, going above and beyond in keeping us informed of the various logistics and status. What really blew us away was their commitment to cleanliness. Roofing is not what I would describe as a dust-free, easy and clean pursuit, but the team on site was constantly sweeping and straightening so that both we and our neighbors were not disturbed. At the end of the day, Romano was easy to do business with, made us feel comfortable with the process, and left us confident in the work. Weâ d highly recommend them.

No BS, fast and effective work.

He came right out to repair roof. After a heavy rain a portion of the roof still leaked. We called and they remedied the situation by extending the roof repair and did a little extra work for us for no charge. The problem is fixed.
