Courtesous and professional. They were also able to accomodate a QUICK response which was important to me since we were talking about my roof! In addition, they called back a couple of days after the repairs were done, to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure there were no issues with my roof. I am happy to say, everything was just fine, but I did take comfort in knowing that they called to check in with me.

I've had a number of roofers who would not back up their work. I believe customer service is a primary reason for using a company and Romano Roofing is #1 in customer service. I called the company about a concern I had regarding my roof repair. The owner, J, called me personally, came to my house to inspect the repair, and made additional repairs, at no cost, to satisfy me. I'm very confident in the repairs that were made, and have not had a leak through 2 major storms to date. They even gave me a 2 year guarantee on the repairs. I will be doing business with Romano Roofing for all my roofing needs in the future.

Old roof on porch had bad spots which they patched and sealed around the sky light. Hope this was enough to get threw a few more years. Very nice to deal with and very accommodating.

Ramona went on my roof and were extremely honest with the work that needed to be done. Honestly they could have told us that the roof needed to be replaced which is what we expected, but they were honest and did the roof coating for a very reasonable price. They even take pictures of the finished job for your records. Very nice job!

The people from Romano Roofing were first rate. After a windstorm I had shingles that came unloosed from my roof. The folks from Romano Roofing went up on my roof, took pictures, showed them to me and explained in detail what needed to be done AND WHY. They did the repairs, and again took pictures to show me EXACTLY what they did. I was extremely satisfied. LA few days later in another high wind occurance I heard noises from my roof. Romano Roofing came out, determined that it was flashing on the side og my house, and although they had nothing to do with that, fixed it for me anyway. I give my highest rating to these folks.
