The man who came out explained everything to us and they put it in very nice. No complications thereafter. I think they are very reliable, honest and good. I will use them in the future.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
They work was fair and they were pricey. The project manager comes out giving details about the project but you never see him again throughout the project and all the coordination ends up happening form me. The contractor told me he is done and I called the next person and told them it is ok for them to work. Nobody came to check up on the work after it was completed. The experience with them was not very pleasant. The guy who is working now found something which was not done and I called them up and they are rectifying the problem and I appreciate it. I will not use them in future.

They came and measured the door. I've tried to call Easy Door Installation, the company Home Depot subcontracted out to do the installation, and they are not responsive to my phone calls. I called the Home Depot, and manager, Amy, tried to call the company to get a hold of someone, and no response to her calls as well. This company has my door and measurements, and is not responsive to anyone's call. Door cost $134 and installation $185, all paid to the HOME DEPOT.

THE ESTIMATE OF TIME FOR INSTALLATION WAS NOT MET. INSTALLATION DELAYS POSSIBLY BECAUSE OF HOLIDAY TIMING. WHEN INSTALLER ARRIVED, HE HAD BEEN GIVEN INFORMATION THAT THE JOB WAS MUCH SMALLER THAN EXPECTED. RETURNED NEXT DAY, A SATURDAY, TO DO JOB. SATISFIED WITH INSTALLATION, BUT NOT TIMING.
