He is very responsive and attentive.  He is open to discussion (a trait not many contractors seem to have) about items in the project.

The thing we like the best about Frank is that when he starts the job, he stays with it until it is finished. He doesn't move around with different projects like a lot of other contractors, so the project doesn't go on for weeks and weeks. He stays with the one job and gets it done in a timely fashion.

They are really good. He was very qualified and gave us a very detailed proposal and contract, which we liked. He got all the permits and did everything up to code. Frank is the owner and general contractor. He was really easy to work with and he listened to us. He tried to give us what we requested and what we needed. He tried to meet our budget. His work was fabulous. He was definitely not the cheapest but sometimes you get what you pay for.
