 + 0 moreHe is very responsive and attentive. He is open to discussion (a trait not many contractors seem to have) about items in the project. We have been happy with Frank and his work on all of our projects! I think the fact that we have used him repeatedly shows we trust him!
Description of Work: Frank has worked for my husband and I both personally (at our house) and professionally (at our office). Frank has finished our basment, added a deck and referred a gentleman who does hardwood flooring. He has also handled a huge renovation project for my husband's office.

 + -1 moreThe thing we like the best about Frank is that when he starts the job, he stays with it until it is finished. He doesn't move around with different projects like a lot of other contractors, so the project doesn't go on for weeks and weeks. He stays with the one job and gets it done in a timely fashion.
Description of Work: We use DWD Construction a lot. They last added a window in my daughter's bedroom.

 + -1 moreThey are really good. He was very qualified and gave us a very detailed proposal and contract, which we liked. He got all the permits and did everything up to code. Frank is the owner and general contractor. He was really easy to work with and he listened to us. He tried to give us what we requested and what we needed. He tried to meet our budget. His work was fabulous. He was definitely not the cheapest but sometimes you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: We used DWD Construction to do our basement.
