I decided to use Bella Brothers for our bathroom projects based on the very positive recommendation of a friend who hired the company to do her kitchen renovation, and am very pleased with the results. From meeting with the company's designer to choose the bathroom layouts, fixtures and paint colors, to working with a project manager and the renovation crew, all facets of the projects went extremely well—communication and the overall quality and efficiency of the work was consistently excellent. Honestly, I can't think of any negative aspect of working with them, and would certainly do so again and recommend their services to others.

A salesman, "Joe" came out to price the job. He called later that day with an estimate. Said he couldn't give a written estimate without 30% down. I should have stopped right there, but the quote was a good bit lower than one other. I sent this company the details of work from the other estimate, to be sure we were comparing apples to apples. Tried for 3 days to get a response from Joe. I called the office a few times in the meanwhile, always getting a promise that Joe would get back to me. Meanwhile, Joe called my sister, said I had given him the job and could they start tomorrow. She said she'd have to check with me. She did. I called the office at 5:03 to find only one poor project manager there. I unloaded on him. I asked to speak with the owner. Not there. When? "We never know." Meanwhile, Joe just called my sister again, trying to pressure her into giving the OK, says "the office" lost my phone number, thus all of the calls to her. End of story? I just gave the job to the more expensive contractor. How could anyone trust a company that does business that way?

We had a midsize deck that needed to be replaced. Bella Brothers' price was in the middle of estimates given, but they kind of gave a professional, secure feeling in their interaction with us, so we went with them. We got an estimate within 2 days, worker arrived within 8 days, and job was finished in 3 days (in a month that had torrential rains every other day). The work was made complicated by the need to fit the wood to the curves in the border with the concrete pool deck. Great job, good cleanup, professional follow through. We recommend them.

I am so very proud of the work done at my home by the Bella Brothers Team. My kitchen is beautiful! I have to do something every room in the house now The Project manager, Eric guide me through the process and addressed any concern I had timely. Construction was led by John and his team. They were great! Timely, respectful and mindful of our home. He gave pro and cons of any additional suggestion I had which was appreciated. The craftsmanship associated with the Bella Brothers name is exceptional. I could not wait to get home from work every day to see the progress that was made. The job took 4-5 weeks. Our visit to their showroom to sign the contract included a meeting with their Designer. I had a vision but I let him take the lead. So happy that I did, the style is unique and beautiful. I am sure there is not another Kitchen in my neighborhood with the same designer tiles as I have Simply Beautiful! Thank You to the Bella Brothers Team!

The experience started with meeting at our house where we discussed our needs and expectations for a completed carport to garage conversion. Our needs and expectations were listened to and in the end, we have a new garage that appears as though was original to the house. That was our main goal and it was met. We live in a county where permits are not an easy feat, especially with new structures/additions. Prior to calling Bella Brothers, we had hit a wall with several other companies that couldn’t get the proper permits. After being referred to Bella Brothers, Tom and his team were able to process all the proper paperwork, architectural drawings, phone calls and meetings with our county. After some serious behind the scenes work was put in, only then could the real work begin as permits were granted. They started the job during the time frame they had estimated. The men who showed up were courteous and professional. They kept the job site clean while working and after. We were excited every day to see the progress that quickly was unfolding. The job was finished in less time then they had estimated and we were thrilled. I would highly recommend Bella Brothers Construction to anybody looking to have quality, experienced work done on their home.

Folks, there are plenty of contractors in the local area that are more worthy. You don't need to bother with this contractor - Bella Brothers Construction.

Bella Brothers did an excellent job with our bathroom renovation. We gave them a tight timeline and they really came through. Tom and his son did an excellent job assessing and organizing the job and Greg and his colleagues did an outstanding job with the construction—thorough and thoughtful. Greg is a real craftsman. We are very pleased with the work and will call upon them again for future projects. Impressive. ---- Summary of Project ---- 1. Remove and reset toilet. 2. Demo tub, glass, tile walls, remove all work related debris. 3. Frame new rear wall and create a nitch shelve unit. 4. Cover all walls in shower unit with ½” concrete board. 5’ high. 5. Balance of walls with ½” mold and moisture dry wall. 6. Rework drain create “Lep” trap. 7. Supply and install a 30”x60” left drain outlet quality acrylic shower pan white. 8. Remove and reset shower faucet set. 9. Supply and install porcelain or ceramic wall tik from shower base to ceiling. Customer’s choice from contractor’s supply. 10. Supply and install two grip bars one 18’’ vertical one 36” horizontal. 11. Supply and install high quality frameless ½” thick glass sliding shower door enclosure.

We set up an appointment for an estimate. We took off from work and rearranged our schedules. No call, no show. We called Bella Brothers. Secretary said she would call us back. She never called. We called again and she said they don't service our area and no one will be out. How wasn't this established during our first phone call when we gave our address? Completely unprofessional.

I made an appointment for an estimate, took off from work, waited around all morning. No show. No call. I called the Bella Brothers office to follow up. The secretary put me on hold then told me she would call back. She never did. I wasted hours waiting for them, they didn't even have the decency to call back. Terrible.

My biggest issue is with the huge lack of communication. (That and the fact that I can't really use one of the doors right now.) The initial consultation and estimate were done in late January. I paid a deposit of $6K. Within a few days, the project manager, Eric, came to take measurements. I didn't hear from anyone for a month, not knowing that nothing had been done for my project. Apparently there were questions about the job that weren't asked so the paperwork just sat there. The project manager came back late February to clear up those questions. Another month passed so I called the office for an update and left messages with the office staff. Twice. No response from the project manager, so I called him directly the following week and got no response. I called again two days later, and by this time I'm irate. It had been a month with no update and that I'd called three times before with no responses. "Hey, got your message. I'm working on it" would have been preferable to the radio silence. I finally find out there was an issue with the manufacturer, but I wouldn't have been told if I hadn't called myself. The work started another month later and took a few weeks. They put up a wall between my neighbor's and my porch to make up for the issues that we had. The outcome: Honestly, the doors look beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the aesthetic, but the paint on the insides of both doors are two different whites. I texted Eric about that and he didn't respond. I ended up having to call because a hinge pin fell out onto the floor. The cap used to keep the pin in the hinge was missing. They were missing from a few hinges. I told them about that last week. Still waiting...

"I realize due to the back and forth with the manufacturer and back ordering of door created the perfect storm of issues. This client was very patient. I am surprised a little with the review. Because the client never requested nothing additional from BBC but we offerd and completed the construction of the side return Partion wall as well as additional trim work and additional painting and colors. This was all at no cost and a large expense to our company. We did this in hopes of the Client feeling better about the issues that some time arise. Well as you see from the pictures and hear from the testimonial the job came out beautiful and it looks great. Once we were able to start the project we worked straight thru consistantly to get it done. The missing caps for the hinges have been orderd. Thanks for the review. I'm surprised by all the good reviews....I found this company to be fairly unprofessional. I contacted them through this site, and never recieved a response, then I called them and was told I would get a call back. That never came. Then I contacted them a 3rd time and I was told I would get a call back. I pushed a little harder to make sure that would actually happen as I wanted to know if I should move on or not. At that point the person on the phone told me I probably wouldn't get a response due to my business. I called requesting a renovation on a house I own; but mentioned that I own a property management company. I'm not sure why that's an issue or how it affects them. Regardless, very unprofessional to keep saying they will call back and never do.

Bella Brothers has been so wonderful to work with. This was our first time ever doing any renovations, and we'd heard all of the horror stories about working with contractors, and we cannot say enough how impressed we've been with working with them and the end results. From meeting with Arsan and Tom to having Eric oversee our projects, to all of their crew, we've been really impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to getting everything right. They recently completed a master bath/suite renovation followed by a kitchen/dining room renovation and we love every inch of it! Looking forward to more projects with them!

Horrible, they committed every contractor sin known to mankind. Signed a 6 month contract and took 2 years and never completed the full job. Started with a 200k paid in full receipt and added another 100k in work orders. Complete nightmare. Still haven’t painted 2 of my bedrooms. Seriously considering filing a lawsuit.

Bella removed what had to be removed, kept what we wanted to keep and replaced inferior shower with brand new one, larger and less likely to leak/have mold. Replaced flooring as well. Said they'd be finished by the holidays and they were. Would definitely have them back for other projects.

Could not have gone better! I want to recommend Bella Brothers for any house renovation or repair work needed. I have used their services for a number of years, including bathroom and kitchen remodeling and deck construction, and have always been able to rely on their competence and efficiency in giving me good results. The company employs people who are true craftsmen, people who have a thorough knowledge of how to handle all the details and who are good at dealing with challenges. Most recently, the company worked on a kitchen renovation for me. The job involved digging under the surface of the kitchen floor which, because I have an old shed kitchen, was sagging as it was basically sitting on rotting boards which, in turn, were sitting on 13” of air above disintegrating concrete. The workers installed concrete footing to support a reframing of the floor; sheathing; and a new floor on top. Because the kitchen has no heat vent and was cold in the winter, plenty of insulation was put under the floor and behind parts of the walls. An occasional flooding problem by the rear entrance door, caused by the fact that the floor was flush with the ground outside, was handled by building a raised threshold and raising the door. The work also included new plumbing, electrical wiring and installation of vinyl siding on the exterior walls. All the work was handled with attention to every detail and was completed in precisely the amount of time Bella predicted it would take. Since my first experience with the company a number of years ago, I have never been disappointed with how they handled each job and have never considered hiring another contractor.

I am glad I decide to have them build my deck. They took care of everything. Once they got the permits they put me on the schedule to start the work. They informed me that they will be working on my deck until it was completed. They arrived on time everyday and actually completed the deck in 5 days. They did an excellent job I love my deck. The week that my deck was being built was one of the hottest week in August. The workers never complain. They were their on time everyday and were polite and mindful of my neighbors. At the end of their workday they made sure to clean up any debris. It was a pleasure working with them and I would strongly recommend them for any project. my next project is going to have my basement finish and I will be using Bella Brothers

We originally approached Bella Brothers as well as four additional potential contractors last December to give us estimates to remodel our hall bathroom and our master bathroom. The hall bath was updating the room from its original makeup from when the house was built in 1979. The Master bath was a bit more involved as we wanted to go from a small bath with a shower, toilet, and single vanity sink in about 50 square feet to a bath with a larger shower, a soaking tub, two vanity sinks, and a toilet in about 100 square feet by knocking out a wall and using an underutilized dressing area next to the bath. Each of the five contractors gave us estimates after coming to our house and viewing the existing baths. Bella Brothers was represented by Arsan. He came and listened to what we were looking for and then took that information back and developed some options and suggestions for us to look at. At that meeting in the Bella Brothers offices Arsan presented a great plan, but more importantly, he listened to our questions, concerns, and issues as well as our likes about the proposals. Rather than force his ideas and thinking on us, he listened to what we felt and wanted. While Bella Brothers estimate was not the least expensive the advantages of going with them and being able to pick out most options for tile, granite, cabinets, fixtures, etc. right in the comfort of their showroom was a big plus. This said, we signed the contract with Bella Brothers in late January. As our cabinet choices were custom and we also had to go through the process of applying for permits from our township for the master bath, Bella Brothers were not able to begin work until the end of March. During the waiting time, Eric, the Project Manager, kept us well informed and not in a vacuum as to what was going on during the lull. The hall bath was the first project to be done. The crew of Dennis and Kevin (who were here almost daily during both projects were fantastic. There could not possibly be more courteous and mindful workers that you could come across. They always arrived promptly on time and made the extra effort at the end of each day to clean up the workspace to prevent disruption as much as possible to my wife and my daily actions. From start to finish, the hall bath took about three and a half weeks. This was for removing everything in the existing bath and taking walls down to studs. New green board was installed and then all fixtures, tile, and cabinets were installed as well as plumbing updated and all was then painted. With the hall bath done, my wife and I could move into a guest room and use the hall bath as work on the master bath commenced. The master bath took almost three times as much time. However, it was a much more daunting undertaking and working around the local township permit requirements for building, plumbing, and electrical created their own challenges as we went through the waiting time needed for initial inspections and final inspections. The work done by Denis and Keith, Chris (plumbing), and Jack (electrical) was outstanding and the outcome is something both my wife and I could not be happier about. Attached are both pre-and post pictures of these two bathrooms. I think they show the fantastic job that Bella Brother did for us.

Working with Bella Brothers Construction was a pleasure from start to finish! An estimator, Joe, was sent out within a day or two of my initial inquiry and a quote for work was practically done on the fly. Work started approximately 7 weeks after contract signing due to the lead time for doors and windows. Eric, the project manager, contacted me every step of the way and the work went off without a hitch. Total renovation time was 4 weeks, though the original estimate was approx. 6 weeks. All work was completed to a very high standard and all members of the Bella Brothers staff and crew were extremely professional. I will certainly hire (and recommend) Bella Brothers Construction again for any future project!

Bella Brothers met our expectations and provided great customer service. They arrived every day on time and completed the job within 10 days with the exception of the painting. They installed everything new: drywall, plumbing, electric (lighting and exhaust fam) and the tile is so beautiful. Although the total demolition and deconstruction was extreme, they expertly sealed off the area to keep the debris and dust at bay. They also swept and vacuumed every day. We really enjoyed Jon and Leo who were assigned to our project. Jon is meticulous and methodical and brought a great deal of experience to the project.
