"One of the reasons BBC loves Angie's List is because members get to express the opinion about our company. I have read the comment completely, even though the opinion comes 2 1/2 years later and its hard to remember the details, but I am not in agreement with the customer on several issues, but I did check our records and there was a plumbing permit. I also recall the towel bar being pulled out of the tile twice and BBC sending someone to repair it, at no charge, twice. If a customer is paying their payments when they are due and we are willing to pick up a payment, as opposed to a customer mailing it, I don't see a problem with that. That's just my opinion. As you see from our many reviews, BBC strives to satisfy our customers. Sometimes it just can not be done, but we will keep on trying."
I never thought I could love my bathroom so much! The work that all your guys have done, expertly managed by Eric, is miraculous. I must say that Dom and Drew are a Dream Team. I looked forward to their cheerful arrival every day, confident that their experience and talents would transform my bathroom. The white subway tile looks GORGEOUS, especially with the dark grout. My old floor tile looks much improved as well, with their diligent application of grout stain. Dom and Drew were ready to go the extra mile with never a complaint, including shaving down my wooden doors so I could actually close them again. And a real surprise was when they brought in a curved shower curtain rod to replace my former straight one - I absolutely love it!! Good call. When they left each day, they thoroughly cleaned up any mess, and always filled me in on what to expect for the next day.
So I just wanted you to know how delighted I am, once again. I can't imagine going through any renovation without Bella Brothers! If only I had another room to tear apart! I hope you'll have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family.

The project manager came often to coordinate the project and get our feedback on its progress. He promised attention to any of our
needs after completion but we really don't think we will need to have him return but we would be happy to see him again and to work with
him and the excellent staff @ Bella Brothers!
The workers were on time every day. They did their work in a professional manner. Everything was done so well and exactly as planned. They kept everything covered everyday so that nothing in the bedroom was disturbed. They were courteous and were very pleasant to have in our home. When they finished, they cleaned everything in the bathroom and left nothing disturbed in our home or outside. We love our new bathroom!

"Our first visit with this client was on Mon 9/16/13, our designer Mr. Terzi contacted (Member name removed) with verbal quote approximately 9/19/13. It seems pretty responsive by most standards. The price may have been higher because the customer requested a 5-6 day job, be completed in 3 days (due to work schedule), which costs more to do. Although we try to satisfy all potential customers, I guess its not possible every time."
It was nice & productive that the same 2 workers were assigned the whole time. They were very professional, friendly and consulted me as needed. They always were diligent in putting down tarps and covers to protect the rest of the house. They cleaned up every day and left very clean work spaces. They also worked with me on a schedule so I would always have access to one working bathroom which was kind of essential. Their work quality was excellent. They worked fast and produced great results. Both bathrooms came out fantastic. The tile work is top notch with a lot of attention to the details. The rest of the repairs look really good too. They were great with little details too such as creating easy to reach access panel for such things as the water filter in the laundry room ceiling. They had estimated 3 1/2-4 weeks for the work and completed it exactly in 3 weeks.
They were a bit on the higher side cost wise but I felt it was worth it especially given the quality of the work, the timeliness and the great working relationship. They also were very willing to work on the costs so don't hesitate to do so. Their perspective was I should get what I wanted which they delivered on and made it an easy experience while doing so. You can't go wrong with a company like that. I would definitely consider them again for any future work.

we are having minor problems, some of the products are under a lifetime warranty. I have made numerous calls to have
someone come out and make necessary repairs. No response unless I call back.
I was told that it is a small company and they do not have an automated computer system. Since they have moved, all their
files are in the RAFTERS and she would need a 10 foot ladder to get up to them and find them since it has been 4 years.
OK-so it has been a month and still no call, no one has come out to even look at the problem. At this point I am willing to pay for whatever needs to be done. We needed our kitchen done and were going to use them, but now definitely not. Nice people, bad
customer service skills.
Tom from Bella brothers came to my home to look at the job. He said that he would email me a estimate early the next week. That time came and went with no estimate. I called the office and spoke with a woman who said she was sorry and that Tom was very busy. I called a couple more times and got the same answer that Tom was busy. Finally I called and asked that Tom call me so that this could be resolved or if I should move on if he didn't want to do the job.
It is now 8/19/13 and still no reply or estimate. I don't know how a company can be so busy that they can't give estimates. If he didn't want the job all he had to say was that he wasn't interested instead of me wasting 20 days time waiting for him.
"After speaking with this client on several occasions, I reassured him that he was on our list and that we would help deal with his insurance company, and write a written estimate at no charge for him (normally there is a fee for this service), since he came recommended from a great client of ours. We could not produce the estimate in the time frame he needed so we assumed he was going to get an estimate from somewhere else, like he has stated on his last call to us."

"I'm very happy this potential client made a report. Bella Brothers is very capable of doing jobs, both large and small. I did not have per say, anything against public adjusters. I was stating that when a PA takes 10-15% or 25% of an insurance claim, it makes it difficult to get the project completed without using money from your own pocket."
"Bella Brothers Construction strives on setting appointments in a timely manner and arriving within our 1 hour window. Sometimes in life (and business), an emergency will arise. In such an instance, We did call in a short time frame to unfortunately reschedule this appointment with the client. After consideration from the client, he declined to reset this appointment. If given the chance, Im sure he would have been satisfied with our meeting, but we wish him luck with his future ventures."
We met Tom and his team at his office the same day he came out to our home for the estimate. He and his designer Arsan walked us through the process and all of the options. We signed a contract that day. Work began on the job a week later and progressed quickly, The crew was on time everyday and worked fast and clean. The job progressed so quickly that the only delays were caused by our own inability to make decisions about the placement of the island, what color hardwood for the floor, what color the back splash would be, etc. The kitchen was completed ahead of schedule and the side work on the second floor was completed soon after with a few visits in the following weeks to address some small finishing issues.
Today we have a great new kitchen/family room that's the envy of the neighborhood and upstairs plumbing that works! Will definitely call Bella Brothers for our next project.

I contacted Bella Brothers in June of 2012 (this was the first contractor that I contacted). The office associates were extremely pleasant and helpful. I made an appointment for an initial quote. Tom was on time, professional, courteous, and attentive during this walk through. I received the initial quote within the time frame promised.
In August of 2012 I contacted Bella Brothers again for an exact quote. During the initial quote we were unsure of the extent of the termite damage on the rear wall (which turned out to be extensive). We spoke again about the repairs, and the damage on the back wall. Tom offered suggestions on the rear wall. Originally there were 3 windows, but as all of the framing had to be redone Tom suggested putting in 4 windows to let more natural light in which would help open up the room. We decided to take this suggestion and we are pleased we did. At this time we agreed to have Bella Brothers do the repairs.
On August 8th we finalized all the necessary paperwork and the repairs began (within 3 days). I was contacted 1-2 times per week to receive updates on the repairs. We agreed that the work would be done in 6 weeks, however ALL of the repairs including the hardwood floors were done before that.

We went to the showroom to choose our granite and had many choices in our "moderate" price range.
The work was done completely while we were away and finished in time. A faucet needed to be selected while we were away and I completely trusted them to make a nice choice, which they did.
They result is fantastic - we love our updated kitchen. It looks beautiful. Work was done quickly for a good price by a company we trust to be in our house while we are on vacation!

So when my living room also needed an entire gut job, there was no doubt in my mind that I would turn to Bella Brothers. In came Tom again, with hardwood flooring samples, wallpaper books, and paint charts. And once again, the whole renovation proceed-ed skillfully, professionally, and with as little intrusion as possible. I was especially impressed with their handling of a poor wallpaper choice that I had made. Committed to customer satisfaction, Bella Brothers undertook to immediately correct what could've been a disaster on my walls, even though the installation had already begun. Their solution was stunningly beautiful. I had thought that I would never love any room as much as my kitchen, but now I adore my living room as well.
So without reservation, I totally recommend Bella Brothers Construction to anyone looking to renovate any place in their home. Bella Brothers will not disappoint - they aim to please.

What I am particularly impressed with was that there were some difficulties that need to be resolved during the bathroom construction as I was looking for maximum use of a small space and for the relocation of all the fixtures. Thanks to the carefulness and creativity of the construction crew, these difficulties were resolved; I believe that the long experience of a number of the crew members was the reason for this outcome. What was a previously awkward bathroom to get into and to use is now remarkably efficient and beautiful as well.
