They contacted me immediately. came the next day. Gave me an extremely fair price. I asked when we could start and they came 2 hours later And took out 14 large pine trees in under an hour. Remove the neighbors fence so no trees would fall on it. had everything moved and even helped do some stuff for my neighbors for allowing us to take the fence down. Once everything was out they put the fence backup and cleaned both of our yards. I am hiring them again for 2 other trees later this year. can not recommend them enough

I called for an estimate on a tree removal they came on a Sunday gave me a fair and reasonable quote, i approved. Came Tuesday. with all the equipment & they were courteous, cleaned up afterwards and they all did an excellent job. I would definitely, hire them again for a future removal or trim of a tree.

Alex negotiated the lowest price,He had a written estimate that he followed, He and his Team were on time and courteous. My only complaint is they could of cleaned up the driveway a little bit more. Overall, a great experience! I will definitely that hire them again .

ALEX TREE SERVICE utilizes unsafe practices and improper equipment to do tree service. for the removal of a very large oak tree requiring a bucket and crane, a worker shimmied up and cut the tree trunk and branches, then letting them fall onto the neighbor shrubbery causing 4000. worth of property damage and a mess. the workers also illegally trespassed onto the property without the owners permission. They are currently being sued.

I received a call back the next day. They came out and gave me an estimate on Monday. The job was completed on Thursday. The price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

They were prompt. Also, I got a reduced rate by using their service sooner than planned. Was able to discuss plan on seversal occasions before job with last one right before start to prevent any miscommunication. Cleanup was good but because I had a native flower garden under trees(end of season so most plants were dead) had to do some additional cleanup._

Alex, the son, removed 5 trees and promised to take out the stumps in a return visit in 1 week. He never returned and does not answer the phone. I am stuck with the loss and need to hire someone to take out the stumps. Cannot recommend them. Mark

When Alex originally came out to my home he gave me one price $4500.00. I told him that I will be having the job done in the fall. I called him back in the early sept and he came out with an older gentleman with him. The older gentleman gave me a price of an additional $500 plus they wanted cash for all the work. They damaged my fence in the process of doing the work. Older gentleman kept saying that he gave me a good price for all the work they did and that the fence damage was minor. I again stated that I was not going to pay them for any work until my fence was repaired. I had to call them back and additional time because they did not remove one of the tree stumps and I just recently noticed that they missed a tree stump. Will never use their service again. I?m sure he wanted cash only to avoid paying taxes.

Unlike a few other tree services that I called, they promptly came to my home, gave me a fair price, and performed the work on my trees within the next few days. I would recommend them based on my satisfaction with the way the trees were trimmed and, also, the fact that they left my property in good condition. They were very pleasant.
