Contractor did not call or confirm appointment after multiple calls and messages.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Quality of the effort and the windows was very good (they were not premium windows) and looked and functioned as well as any window I've used. The install quality was very good and I being somewhat picky, was very surprised and satisfied with the work. After work was done and inspection, there was no need for a call back. All good, and would hire again.

Had an appointment for an estimate. No show, no call.

The windows were installed in October, 2016. When it turned cold in November the cold wind came through those windows like they were open. I recently learned from another contractor I hired who observed that the windows were not capped. I paid for white caps on those windows and they didn't do it and now they won't come out to see their work. Do not buy windows from these people.

They were excellent. Very reasonably priced and cleaned up behind themselves. Very prompt as well as getting the product and getting it installed.

They did an amazing job for 1/2 of price quoted by other companies. They are responsible, honest and have true expertise when it comes to window replacement. I recommended them to several of my neighbors and would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

Contractor made a mistake when measuring the patio door, the wrong size door was delivered, and the job took 2 months to complete Final installation was good.

Every step of the job went well. The estimator, Walter, was easy to reach by phone. We made an appointment for him to visit the house and he arrived on-time. He did the measuring, explained their process, offered me product choices, and gave me an estimate. I wrote him a check for the deposit. He laid out a timeline for the work. Two weeks later, Walter called to say that the replacement windows were available. We scheduled an installation date two weeks out. On that day, the two installers arrived on-time. They worked hard for nine hours and got all twelve of the new windows installed. They cleaned up, accepted my check for the balance, and hit the road. The finished windows are excellent. They fit perfectly and look great. A first-rate job end-to-end.

Excellent. Walter was responsive and helpful every time we spoke. Work crews were very conscientious about not letting the dogs out and closing gates and doors after themselves. Cleaned up their mess and even replaced a piece of damaged window molding that was not part of the job description.

He did offer to have someone come out to provide an estimate for the doors but I am looking fokr someone to do both so I said no thank you.

They were okay and the windows are good. They cleaned up the area nicely, the only problem I had was one of the worker was sick (sneezing and coughing) I asked him to leave and he refused. I would not recommend them because of this.

Now he did charge more then what he charges on y’alls webpage. Because on your page, he charged like $2,000 for 5 windows. It was $2,000 or $4,000 on your page, but he charged me $5,000 or something. He said like 10 for $4,000 but I guess because I didn’t go through y’alls page y’all didn’t reference me to him, he charged $5,000. So, a thousand dollars more. You can look on the website, if he put like 10 windows up or like 5 windows up, for $2,000 apiece. And I got 10 so it should have been like 4,000 some odd dollars for 10 windows, but he charged $5,000 for 10 windows. But other than that, he did a really good job installing my windows. If I could get a cheaper price I would use him again, but if I had to pay out of pocket I wouldn’t. Because through you all it’s cheaper. But if I pay myself, it’s going to cost me more.

Friendly, Nice, Professional, Courteous, Pro's for sure, Very Neat & Efficient in/with their jobs! I just watched them work in Amazement. They work Extremely well together. I was amazed at how smoothly the process worked. The site visit for measurments and contract rems as well as installation took place as planned and I had my vinyl double-hung windows and patio door installed in one day. The Alco folks were thorough and professional from start to cleanup. Based on my experience, I would recommend them without any hesitation.

ALCO performed prompt, professional service and excellent communicationfrom start to finish. ALCO replaced all the windows in my home (20+) and added a sliding glass door where a window was before. The windows are beautiful and functional. The sliding glass door installation required that some electrical outlets be moved, which was anticipated at the time of consultation; Alex and Nick didn't proceed without my approval of work or the additional charge incurred, which was reasonable and in line with the industry standard. They know what they're doing - everything went very smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to use ALCO again and I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

The original windows in my home were horrible they were costing me a ton of money in lost heat and air conditioning both in the winter and the summer. The Guy from Alco Windows came in looked at our windows he was prompt and no nonsense he gave us a direct quote, he did not try to oversell and he did not try a hard sell, He was to the point and gave us a very reasonable quote. Unlike Anderson windows who tried to give me a super hard sell for their over priced windows. On the day of the replacing of the windows they were about an hour and a half late but they called well before the time to advise me that their truck had broken down and they would be there in an hour. They showed up and went right to work it took them about 6 1/2 hours to put up those 11 windows. They fast Professional and they cleaned up everything! This was back in November of 2016, I waited this long to write my review because I wanted to make sure of the quality that I was getting. Since I had these Alco windows put in I have saved an average of about $340.00 a month on my electric bill. I have central air heating and A/C with my old windows My winter heating bills were about $600 to $700, I am down to more than half that. The windows they put in also reflect heat away from the house so this summer I should see savings on my A/C. I recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

It turned out pretty good. The price was good. The quality is good, it fine, but it is not top of the line. Which is fine, we knew that when we went with it. We had price constraint so it was fine. They were punctual. One of the installers were not quite friendly.
