The work went well. They were on time, efficient, and they cleaned-up well.

Sales process - salesman was prompt and courteous. He provided clear answers to all our questions. Even had a model of the bay window to give us a better idea of how it would look and be installed.


Ordering process - we put 50% down. Signed a few forms. Salesman gave us clear explanations of the deliverables and what would be done vs not done.

Installation process - took approx. 6-7 hrs. Installers came at the promised time. Answered questions clearly. Cleaned up after themselves.

Overall dealing with Alco Windows was a pleasure. Bay window looks great and we would use them again!

Alco Windows replaced 13 double hung vinyl Windows in our Richboro house. We still had the original wood Windows in our house from 1965 when we recently purchased our home in 2015. Alex from Alco came out right on time for the estimate and was professional and knowledgeable which put us at ease. We went with his estimate and within 3 weeks we had the new vinyl windows in. There were 2 installers for 13 Windows but they ripped out all the old Windows, capped all the wood with new metal, calked all Windows and installed all the new vinyl Windows in 8 hours. We could not be happier with the service and the new Windows! We no longer have drafts or hear the cars on our busy street! The Windows look great and work flawless and easy to tilt in and clean!! The price was the best by far and we are extremely pleased. We found a window which was scratched on the inside at the factory which couldn't be repaired. I called Alco and they came out and replaced with new window in less than a week!! Great service after the fact!! We used Angie's list reviews to choose Alco and we couldn't be happier! We are having them back to replace 6 more Windows before winter. We highly recommend Alco!! A++++

good service. fair price. workers replaced all 9 windows in single day. cleaned up fairly well. just needed wipe rooms down and vacuuming to clean up the dust. no problems after 4 months.

Alco Windows removed 31 old windows in my house and replaced them with beautiful, custom made Energy Star ones. It was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor so far in my whole life (and I've met a lot, since I'm renovating an historical home). I called the company and Alex, one of the bosses, scheduled an appointment to give us an estimate (the deal was for 5, but we needed 31, and figured it would be better to have a consultation beforehand) and came out the same day. He took measurements, explained the process in great detail, answered all our questions and we were very impressed and went ahead and ordered his product. He said it would take about a month to have all the windows in, since they're all custom made, which I thought was perfectly reasonable. Imagine my happiness when Alco called two weeks ahead of schedule saying the windows were ready to be installed (as long as it was ok with us, they would have come at the date we originally agreed on if it was a problem to come sooner). My husband and I told them to come as soon as they could and in under two days, Nick and Vaso, the installers, installed 30 windows with all the necessary finishings. The 31st window had accidentally come the wrong size and they said they'd come back and install it as soon as it was re-made (which was today, still before the actual initial date, so technically still ahead of schedule!). Nick and his colleague were incredibly professional, polite, worked extremely hard and were a pleasure to do business with them and Alco. I have pets and they accommodated my requests to start on specific rooms instead of other ones so I could get the pets situated. We'd just moved here and they worked around our still packed boxes without complaining or looking annoyed -in fact they helped my husband and I move things around (which we should have done ourselves, but hadn't been able to). They cleaned up everything both inside the house and outside, in the driveway and on the lawn. Their dedication to work and customer satisfaction is admirable and commendable and their manners impeccabile. The windows are sturdy and gorgeous, and we could feel the difference from our old windows right away. I thought the price was very fair considering the quality of the product and the customer service. I would recommend Alco Windows, as well as all their employees (Nick and Vaso in particular!) to anyone looking for durable, high quality windows and contractors that work hard, take pride in what they do and will go to great lengths to make a customer happy and satisfied.

When the sales man arrived, I was upstairs with my newborn and my husband let him in. Upon coming into our home, I immediately smelled cigarette smoke all the way upstairs. I have two small children, so the last thing that I want in my house is the smell of cigarette smoke. He proceeded to give us his sales pitch, which was fine. The product seemed to be of good quality. He then asked us to fill out a piece of paper with all of our windows on it along with the type, features, size, etc. This caught me off guard as he is the professional and this is something that he should be doing. I expected him to walk through the house, look at the windows and ask us questions as to what exactly we wanted the existing windows replaced with. This didn't happen, he left it up to us to fill out this piece of paper. My concern with all of this is, what if I filled it out incorrectly? I just didn't like that approach. Needless to say, between the cigarette smoke and this paper, I didn't go with Alco. I want a company who's going to take a more hands on approach.

They were very efficient and professional. The window cost included half-screens only, so a few months later I purchased full screens for all 8 windows.

We have never had such a good experience with a vendor. A salesperson who was a little odd gave us an adequate demo of the windows available. He offered a deal that afternoon which was very appealing and we took it, even though it involved giving Alco 50% in advance. I have to say if Alco had not had such rave reviews on Angies List we would have checked out some other vendors but we took a deep breath and accepted the offer.
The rest of the process was extremely well done and professional and timely. Measurements were taken a few days later and they gave us an honest assessment of the time interval for the windows to be installed. Once the windows were assembled at the plant they gave us a choice of days for the install. Lucky for us the day happened to be beautiful - so the fact we had 10 big gaping holes in our house was not a problem. They arrived at 10 AM and were out the door by 5:30 PM. Cleaned up after themselves fine. Installers were incredibly polite and quiet.
After the install the installers discovered that 2 panes in the front  picture window were not manufactured properly, and told us Alco would be out in 10 days with replacements. We would never have known that something was wrong. Just today replacements were installed. Very pleased with the install and the windows themselves are top notch.

We were very pleased with both the speed and the outcome of this window replacement project.  The new windows look great, and added a more modern feel to the condo.  The work was done quickly and professionally.

My husband and I were very happy with the job and the respectfulness, neatness and general demeanor of the men who did the job.  They were on time, very efficient and got the job done in a timely manner.  I would gladly recommend this company to anyone and feel comfortable doing so.

Provider replaced all windows.  Since they manufacture their own windows, the turn around time was great, less than a month.  The owner/sales person, spent a significant amount of time going over their products and their service.  He did a good job providing reasonable expectations and reviewing potential unknown costs (rotted wooden frames for example).  
The windows that were installed look great and are a huge improvement to the 30 year old windows that they replaced.
Only 2 issues with the experience.
1.  I would have preferred that they only replaced one window at a time.  They removed all the old windows on each floor and then started installing the replacemennt windows.  So, our house was entirely open to the elements for an extended period of time.  We also had  many moths that took up residence.
2.  The installers did little to reduce the messiness impact.  They neither covered any of the furniture close by.  Nor did they clean up saw dust that remained after.
But, overall, I was pleased with the experience and feel that we received a very good product at a reasonable price.

It was easy for me! Alco showed up on time and started to work about 11 am. They were neat and clean and gone by 4:30.
