+ -1 moreThe lawn and bushes not cut and the tree branches were still on the ground a week later. I called him about 10 times when I returned to my vacated property that weekend. I was given one excuse after another other for not showing up - need part for the trailer, need gas, on his way but did not arrive after several hours. He finally cut the lawn once and took the tree branches away. The rest of the prepaid services were never performed. We emailed, left voice messages, and texted him with no response whatsoever. There is no equity under this business or Shawn Morin's name that you may recover any loss. The owner is not reliable, and a thief - taking other people's money without the intention to fulfill the promises. My advice is to stay away from Shawn Morin and Lawns Done By Us.
Description of Work: We pre-paid Shawn Morin to cut the lawn twice, cut down a small tree, and trim the bushes in the property. He claimed he needed $600 to pay for her daugther's soccer game in the next few days. Since we were in the process of moving, we paid him with the understanding he would carry out the services in the next few days. He cahsed the money, cut the tree but not the trunk, left the branches in the yard, and took off.
