I call Dan and he tells me when he can be at the site and he always shows up when predicted. He does the job well and people that live at the communities always compliment him. He charges a fair rate.

He told me that if he couldn't get the spots out he would refund my money. The spots were still there and after calling him, he suggested the carpet should be replaced. When I asked for a refund, he only would refund $60. However, he never sent that refund.
